Garbage App
Probably could be a good app if they spent some time addressing the 130 complaints on here. Constantly logged off. Can’t log in with a pin. UI is horrible. You made the app, why give up on it?Scott640

Have to update the app pretty much every time you use it. What you able to do on the app is also very limited. Might as well save a ton of money and have your management team call people out instead.Darrell Hall 2
Annoying app
Regularly logs me off, have to continually re log in to view call outs. Also half the time I acknowledge a callout I get an error about a call tree or something along those lines. Terrible app.mispoken
Arcos+ not good
This app is worse than the old one … it keeps kicking me off.. and I have to constantly sign in .. sometimes I have to delete app and reinstall to sign in .. now it won’t even let me sign in .. I am not authorized!!! This app needs to go into the garbage and bring back the old one … at least I was able to use that one..Lexilyn2004

Calls not going through. The app crashes and back at the Home Screen every time I open it.E101223
Calls not coming through
Over half the time When theres a call out I get a notification from the app but my phone doesn’t ring and when I ask the person who initiated the call about this issue they say either it went straight to voicemail or it says user unavailable and there’s other people at my work who have the same issue . This version is just as much junk as the one beforeP g e 222
Same quality
Please update rosters to show who’s been called/working a call out. The old app will show everyone’s status but the plus app does not do the same. Please fix!!C_dubzz
