Simply awful
Original ARCOS was fairly wonky this version is downright unstable. All but useless on my iPhone XR.flyformoney

New arcos is horrible. Very poor design and very unstable. Almost lost big$ because of this. Use the original version if at all possible. They made a poor app even worseKristyn1969
Useless on my iPhone
Freezes all the time, font size too big and won’t allow adjustment in app only. Big step backwards for ARCOS.Logs you out every time you close the app

Continuous Improvement
Arcos seems to be investing a lot of time and effort into the new Mobile+ App. It appears that most of the lower reviews are from before the latest enhancements have been done which solved the login issues. With the product idea bank, Arcos has been taking many companies suggestions and implementing them to make the product better for users. It is definitely still a work in progress, but it has been improving with each release and our crews are finding value in downloading and using it.PghNickC

Don’t see any improvement from the older regular version of arcos. Now with this version can not scroll down the call list to see where you are on the list.aileyon
