Confusing
I can figure out how to connect a dexcom with an omnipod but this device is so complicated. I would definitely think twice before purchasing. If I had known how difficult it was to set up I would not have saved my money.mishybeAR44
Amazing
I absolutely love the sugar pixel. My daughter was diagnosed last October and I found myself sleeping through her low alarms. It was such an awful feeling to wake up and see that. I learned about the sugar pixel through the Juicebox podcast. Worth every penny. It has become an integral part of our diabetes care. Thank you so much.Show lessChelly32034
Won’t connect
Ever since the latest update I can’t get into the hub. The app just spins and won’t open. My 12 yr old T1D thought the slang was hilarious but we can’t see it now. Great product, please fix the kinks so we can customize and adjust the levels.MonaDJ98
Great device, lackluster app
The SugarPixel itself is great, my only request for the device would be a rechargeable battery to allow a smaller footprint. The app on the other hand, leaves much to be desired and is not very well thought out, but again the device itself is great and I highly recommend.#INSULIN4ALL
Totally borked
The latest version (1.72) broke my ability to connect with the SugarPixel even after trying all the apps troubleshooting stepsJD TT1

The app on the hand, leaves much to be desired. The UI is terrible and feels antiquated and not very intuitive. Even the app icon feels cheap. Def need to hire a proper design team for the app and get it up to speed but again the device itself is great and I highly recommend.Show lessAmazing, life saving tech!
