  • I want to love it, but so many incorrect answers

I love the concept of this, as I think it's important to have a huge bank of questions to practice, asked in multiple different ways. Having said that, there is sooooo much incorrect in this. I took a class from Pilot Institute, which has some of the exact same questions. I also looked on google. Both Google and Pilot Institute say the answer is one thing, but this app says that answer is wrong and directs you to another answer. This happened on more than 10 questions.

  • Great app

Helped pass my part 107 test recently with good score. Test did cover a lot of what was on my test. A small amount of things were a suprise and not covered but still helped with map readings and regulations. All in all great app for quick practice test and knowledge. Thank you

  • Learning a ton

I am studying for my 107 and this is probably the most efficient way for my brain to do it. I really enjoy the ability to take practice tests as well as go through separate topics when I feel like I’m not very good at them.

It's delightful to hear such positive words and it's a pleasure to serve users.
  • Better than I thought it would be

I enjoy how easy and on the go my quick tests can be, redoing questions and having specific areas I can cover again is a blessing, sadly didn’t pass the base bluben test

Thanks for your love and we are so sorry to hear that you did not pass the test. But that was only one try. Get your notes together and try again. You can do it!
  • Good app but a few information holes

A very good app I passed my test. The format and design is good and the price is fair, But the information has not been updated for current tests and there were some pretty big holes in sections. There were a lot of question I had no idea would be on the test. A few off the top of my head: New night flying regulations, flying over people, remote ID, current drone registration rules. There were a lot of questions about the ceilings heights of airspace’s and what kinds of airspace is under class b and c zones and how high they go. Cruising height of victor airways. And a bunch of questions about crew resource management that were very acronym rich that I was blindsided by.
This could be a stand alone resource if it was current with all the regulations, as it is it is a good base and then you have to go and dig for the other parts that are missing. I tried to remember the ones I missed as advice to others who are taking their test. Good luck

  • Find a different study help

I downloaded and paid for the Pro version of this app. I took all of the practice tests and was feeling confident. Went in to take the test and was immediately caught off guard with questions that weren’t covered by this app (like flight categories, what to expect if you flew inside a military zone, and how to fully decode a weather report). I had memorized the questions in this app after so much practice, which gave me false confidence. Failed by one question. There were some questions in the test that were in this app. But the app doesn’t fully TEACH you. You just stumble around answering questions and getting them wrong until you get some understanding of the content. To top it all off, when I went back to the app to study for the test again, they changed their billing structure. It’s now a subscription based payment for a period of time for the ‘pro’ version, whereas it used to be a one-time payment. So I don’t have the Pro access to this app that I paid for. It’s upsetting to me that I don’t have what I paid for, on top of spending the money to take the test trusting that I knew the content and still failed. I would recommend an alternative method of studying for the 107. Best of luck.

We are so sorry for your bad experience with our app. Our questions may not be an exact replica of the exam questions, but they closely follow the content covered in the real exam. By practicing with our questions, learners can develop a strong understanding of the concepts and topics that are essential for success in the real exam. Regarding the change in the payment, we need to change to subscription model in order to accommodate various factors, including the costs associated with app development, ongoing maintenance, and providing customer support. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Bad Wording and Wrong Answers

I paid the $10 for the pro version and was very disappointed after about 45 minutes of studying. Some of the questions on here are not worded how they should. EX. “If Civil Twilight is at 6:45 then when can you fly”. The answer to this question is dependent on if the sUAS has anti collision lights so I went with the safe answer and put 6:45 which was wrong but had the question been worded correctly then I would have given the correct answer of 6:15. Another example is one question asks “when should you report an address change to the FAA” the first time this question popped up it had the right answer of within 30 days. The second time it came up, it tried to tell me it was 14 days. Some other questions are worded poorly and some of their explanations make no sense for the answer choices that are given. A lot of questions are also repeated just worded differently. I ended up paying the extra money and taking an online course which was much better.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our app. However, we want to clarify the information you mentioned. Regarding the first question, our exact question is: "If the SUNRISE is 06:45, not the CIVIL TWILIGHT, so the correct answer is clearly 6:15. Regarding the second one, our 2 questions are totally different from each other, and that's why they have different answers. Please recheck!
  • As long as everything’s up to date…

Works pretty good. I am using the plus version so I can read the bottom more information. 20 bucks a year not too bad.

  • Issue going from cell to iPad

Really like this app, and paid for it, however initially I installed it in my cell which presented a difficulty to read the charts in the sectionals.

I decided to open the app in my iPad but the subscription was not activated and I kept being bombarded with ads!

Be aware that this can be resolved, just reach to the developer and follow the steps in their email - hope this helps
