Our classes are taught by certified instructors (many of whom of Sun Life employees) who share a passion for motivating and encouraging people to be active. Our class includes early morning, lunch time, as well as late afternoon classes to meet or broad spectrum of schedules. Check back often as up add more classes. All training programs are designed and delivered by certified personal trainers and are fully customized to meet our members’ individual needs and goals.
