  • Fun...but, glitchy

    I've played this merge game off and on for about a year. For the most part it's fun and just challenging enough to remain interesting. It also has a cute and humorous storyline you can follow. However, the app has some glitches. There is a blimp event game that you can play, but I can't access it on my Macbook Pro. I have to contact support every time, but I never get a response. Maybe the developers are working on a fix already? I wouldn't know because none of my support tickets get a reponse.

    Also, there is this event tent that I'm assuming is for other timed or themed events you can play, but nothing happens there either when I click on it.

    Between these two issues I feel like I'm only able to access half of the game, which is disappointing. If the developers put out an update to fix these issues for the Macbook Pro, or reply back to my support tickets about these issues then I would leave a higher star rating, but until then it's a solid 3 stars.

  • Fun merge game but some areas could use fixes.

    I usually enjoy playing this before bed while listening to a book. I agree with another review about going back to view the story. My main annoyance is som of the mini games and the zodiacs. I despise doing the mage hut and observatory mini games. The mage hut ingredients can be difficult to see, especially the crystals. With the observatory the ingredients boxes are so small that half the time I accidentally drag the wrong thing.

    My biggest gripe though is the zodiac parts on the merging board. I dread seeing anything from Leo and above. It takes forever and I go through 2-3 spawners to make one thing. Most of the requests are for the higher level zodiac merges too. Maybe have the spawned occasional drop higher level zodiacs or something? As it stands now, I find myself closing the game instead of spending the next 10 minutes merging until I get a Scorpio.

  • Addicting, but comes with frustration

    This game is great and something I always find myself coming back too. I like the story and ability to create my own kingdom. It has so much more potential to expand and do well. Where this game falls short is the lack of player support. We were all so excited to have the Christmas update and not only did it start WAY too late in the season, it came with major glitches. I got to lvl 25 of the event and it restarted the entire thing. I lost all my progress on the event and half my progress on upgraded buildings in the village….and the help and support team is nowhere to be found. It’s sad because the event specifically brought new fun to the game with new decorations and was something we all looked forward to. So now my star rewards are sitting stuck on my board and I can no longer play the game. So players just be aware of possibilities and frustrations that come with playing.
