Loop won’t work
I was so excited to try this app, but it failed me. My personal account on 365 won’t load anything, unable to save data and just overall is incredibly broken. Currently it has no use or capability.

On version 2.86
The iOS app doesn’t work at all. Signed in and tried creation my first page using “new idea”. An error pops up stating “oops something went wrong. There was an issue loading your content.”
Tried the following:
1. Logging out/in
2. Rebooting the iPhone
3. Reinstalling the app
Still get the same error. It’s like this app didn’t go through QA. 🤣 Web app works just fine. Sent feedback via the app. I’m sure no one will see it so there’s that.

Not as fun and easy as it should be
I had all kinds of trouble getting in and when I did it gave me warnings that my data wasn’t saved and it doesn’t save in real time like OneNote, I had it crash and the sentence I was typing was gone when I reloaded it. So far, I’m not enjoying it. I also don’t see Loop in the Share button on a Mac which makes it cumbersome to add content from other apps. One star for now as I’m going to stop using it for a year, will check back when it’s more mature.

Great for business & personal use
It’s developing all the time and has a lot of potential. I’d like to see more text formatting options including the ability to add vertical and horizontal page sections, like SPO pages.
For personal use, I’m loving the mobile app for viewing what I created on the desktop. Would like to be able to upload my own page banner images. Please don’t paywall this software like you are doing with everything else these days.

Great Tool
It is easy to learn, use and helpful. Collaboration is simple and powerful. Great to keep team tasks visible and updated
Needs work
For some reason they block Loop in Safari and force you to use the iPad app. Unfortunately, the iPad app is terrible. Navigation is a mess and it’s missing many features available online.
Great Idea, terrible execution
The loop conceptually is great. But, too many bugs to launch already. Needs a lot of bug fixes. I’m afraid to use it as I might lose all my information.
Needs Split View support on iPadOS
Like that this is standalone app but it really needs Split View support before I can really use it on the iPad.
Constantly crashes - unusable
I can't even sign in to this app as it quits as soon as I open it.
Lacking functionality
Loop is one of those products that, when you’re using it, has amazing potential. If you’ve used the app in a web browser you’ll know the component model makes it a next-gen wiki / collaboration platform.
The iOS / iPadOS app is a different story. Significantly lacking in almost every aspect, its little more than a notepad with some additional features. Want to order pages, forget it. Want to set icons and other identifiers for the page, forget it. Want to swap to the web view to work around the limitations, forget it.
All in all. Loop is a great but the app experience is pretty abysmal.
