App crash on certain work space

My loop iOS app on our corporate account crashes when I try to access a certain work space. This has been going on for a week - I tried offloading / uninstalling and etc but this doesn’t seem to get fixed. How do I get help here?

Unuseable

I am using this from an iPad and every time I open a work space it signs me out and says I need to sign in. When I try to it tell me i am in the wrong tenant. If i close and restart the app when it opens i am signed in again. But as soon as i try to do anything it doesn’t work.

Not a good mobile app keeps crashing

In office I love this app, remotely trying to take notes using this tool has been nothing but problems. No ability to cut/paste images or use features in your camera to identify slides/white board, just a flat camera image. App keeps crashing too

Better than OneNote

Obviously it’s still a WIP, but this seems to be the MS MO lately. Very agile development and calling beta applications ready.

While I like the general direction, I encourage the app team to use Obsidian an make adjustments accordingly.

Loop the service? Decent. Loop the app? Bad.

Loop is a competent Notion clone but has a long way to go to stand toe-to-toe with Notion.

The web app is decent. The “feel” of Notion is there, and it has 80% of the features. The default styling isn’t great and there are no themes beyond a simple dark mode. Like Teams to Slack, it’s not as good, but it’s good enough for free.

The app is a disaster, especially on iPad. It has the same unpolished feel as Microsofts Power Automate and Whiteboard apps, as in it just feels like a web app haphazardly crammed into an iPadOS app. It doesn’t feel responsive and does very little to take advantage of the iPad screen size. Navigation is very poor, you cannot simultaneously view your list of notes and a note as the note list is only presented in a modal view.

Loop also lacks support for drawings, like in OneNote, Excel, or Word.

Microsoft Got This Right

If anyone is familiar with *Notion or **Bear, then I’d say Loop is a happy medium that is embedded into the 365 environment. I would go as far as saying this could eliminate OneNote, Planner and To-Do.
Loop + Teams = Effective Communication.

I also love the integration between the Meeting Agenda in Teams and Loop. So effective.

*In terms of prompting and inserting prebuilt modules like tables, trackers, and tasks.
**In terms of its simplicity.

Suggestions:
1. Templates (if they exist I haven’t found them): There are several basic templates that could help users, yet, not go overboard in analysis paralysis like Notion. Keep it simple.
2. Co-Pilot (if available, I haven’t found it): AI Writing Assistance + Loop = Effective Communication

Buggy as heck

The first thing I wanted to do was create a table with some date objects.

Typing / and then the object you enter does not work. You have select the object from the menu item. But if you type / with any letters after it, it doesn’t work.

E.g. if you type “/date” and hitting enter does nothing. Typing / and clicking on “date” gives you a date item - but super slowly, it’s not quick and responsive.

Copying and pasting that date block turns it into text, not a date block so you can’t use it for a quick scheduling tool where you copy and paste rows in a table then update the date fields.

Very bad first impression from something so many people rave about. Maybe the desktop/web version will work better.

Images disappear - can’t trust this with my notes

I want to use this so badly, but for some reason, the images will disappear and show a corrupted image in its place showing an X. This doesn’t seem to happen on all pages, but for some reason all but one have lost the screenshots I added.

I have lost a lot of time because of this. I was using it to take notes from a course that I’m studying for and I just can’t trust it if it’s going to do this I wish they would fix it.

Login hurdles

Login should use MSFT Authenticator. Or at the very least, the login screen should be configured to use local password managers.

Export or copy to word or pdf

I put stuff in here and then I needed to share externally and had to rewrite it all
