I love this app! It’s so helpful!

I recently discovered this app and it’s a game changer! It contains powerful yet simple and achievable tools to improve mental health every day, and the way it’s laid out makes it so fun and easy to use. I love being able to create my unique character and earn rewards, and I love its overall mission and donate feature! If you’re looking for a fun modern app to improve your mental health, try lucero! I love it!!

A fun way to help manage and cope with your feelings!

Lucero is an app for all ages that can teach you how to deal with unfamiliar and new emotions in a fun and interactive way. When I'm stressed or anxious, this app is a great way for me to be able to slow down and reflect on how I’m feeling. With the stress of school, it's wonderful to have Lucero as a place to unwind and cope with my feelings. I love the daily checkins, which are simple checkins that allow you to assess your mood for the day. I really enjoy all the characters and the app's interactive nature; it provides a way for me to deal with my emotions in a fun way.

Managing feelings with fun activities

Children take a tour through the islands to discover new feelings and participate in fun activities. They can add other people to their “Crew” and share milestones. The app brings families together during a time where connectedness can feel far from reach. I don’t have kids yet, but I am looking forward to using the Lucero app with them in the future!

Great app that helps me focus on myself!

When I was on this app it helped me focus on myself. Right now the world is really stressful for everyone and this app helped me slow down for a few minutes and to set myself back on track. It is very clear what to do to help yourself and only takes a few minutes a day! The fun colors and creative experience makes it fun too! I like Lucero over journaling or other ways to focus on your mental health because it’s more fun and doesn’t take as long. This app is amazing!

A wonderful app to teach self-awareness and self care!

Lucero is a fun and interactive app designed to help kids of all ages learn how to navigate and manage their feelings. It allows you to choose your own avatar, go on adventures within islands dedicated to an aspect of life and self-discovery, and send fun or encouraging messages to your “Crew” (friends and family). It also gives you activities based on how you’re feeling today. I’m a teenager, and I find this app incredibly helpful and accessible. Additionally, I love the visuals and design of the app, from the colors to the avatars to the main character, Lucero herself.

One of my favorite features is the option to vote for an organization to donate to via the Spark portal, and I’m excited to see which organization gets the most votes!
