Didn’t get paid
Tried to cash out with $5 and it said to wait 3 days. Didn’t get emailed even though it said check email. Tried contacting them without luck. Wasted my time.
PayPal not working
I was redeeming a $20 PayPal reward but an error message keeps popping up and I got nothing. This app keeps getting so many problems. Fixed one thing and another problem occurs.

My name is Kyle Cole Few months back I was surfing social Media as usual and got an advertisement that was inviting me to participate in a survey meant for money walk users and other walking app users
I was then contacted my Mate Kim via Email from grvtslab to participate in a Paid video interview via Google Meet I participated in this interview which was unprofessional as the interviewer had a bad level of English and was from Korea, well that didn’t raise any eyebrows I completed the interview and was promised to receive compensation for participating in this interview it’s over 3 months and several unreplied emails, after extensive research I discovered they interviewed 100s of unsuspecting US citizens and collect feedback to improve their application which is expected to improve and application which is expected to pay individuals for walking and recording it on the app
My worry exactly is how this application that fraudulently collect feedback from unsuspecting individuals and never reply to their queries can become a reliable application good Enough to be found on app Stores
Well I thought it’s important to write my review with this fraudsters from Korea and I will as well share this to social media to enable other people scammed to come over here and report the experiences they have had with this company

Needs a lot of work
The concept is cool but to get your steps transferred to your account is a ripoff. I had 120 “p” that I was trying to add to my total account and if you do it fast and press the button it skips over just about half of them. You only get credit for 60 of the 120. It miscounts. Also after transferring about 7 of them, it makes you watch a commercial every 10 seconds transferring over the p awards. So I transferred over 120 of the “p” I got credit for about 60 of the 120 as app skips over many of them and it made me watch about 8 commercials all within 3 minutes or so. Also it will take 3 plus months just to cash out $5. Not worth all the aggravation of being shafted out of half of them and watching 7 or 8 commercials just to get the steps or “p’s” you already earned. Not a fun app at all.

Total let down!!
This app so far it’s been fun but the downside to it that you can only receive 100 points in one day which equals 5,000 steps, after that you can’t receive any more points for the steps you take.
USA rewards??
What happened to the rewards that used to be available for USA users. Now everything is CA? This does me no good especially since I have a lot of points I could cash out with.
My app is stuck on Canada
My app is stuck on Canada even though I’ve never been to Canada or live there I live in the US can you please fix. this is something recent I’ve had the app for a couple of months now I didn’t have that issue before. It may have been in a recent update that may have caused that or it could have a VPN and I forgot to turn it off, which caused it to be stuck in Canada. my job also uses a VPN so it may because of that whenever I get on the Wi-Fi.

Only good if you live in Canada
I wasted my time on this app! They change the gift cards and now Gift Cards is only good if you live in Canada. So if you live any where else, don’t waste your time using this app!

It would be better if we actually got all of our gift cards!! Instead of always taking a chance and not getting it. Wasting my points and time and effort.
