One of best consumer panels!
Questionnaires are straightforward, fast and easy to follow. Answering day to day questions about everything and anything related to shopping and lifestyle and the rewards are great! Thank you Walmart for this opportunity:)
Lack of customer service
I have been a member of Spark for probably two years. The first time I redeemed my points I had trouble using the e gift card. Two weeks ago, I again tried to redeemed my point to buy Christmas gifts for this coming season. To this day have not had access to that e-gift card. I have reached out to Walmart community Spark customer service, Walmart, customer service, and the issuer of the gift card and not a single person can help me. I have been informed that they will forward my information to their engineering team, but no one has actually come to my assistance. I am beyond frustrated. Why is it so hard for them to just issue me a physical gift card?

Believe it or not I am in a fixed income and this little perk allows me to have at least one good steak a month. I am so grateful for that and that I am able to help Walmart provide better foods and services to its customers. Thank you Walmart Spark!!
Great App
This app is great — love the short surveys! I’ve had the app a couple of months now & I think I’ve earned about $20. No issues with the app & easy to use.
Not without its bugs and issues
The app doesn’t seem to always work correctly. At times it tells me I have a survey available, yet when I click on it, I see a message saying I recently completed it and to come back later. I haven’t even gotten started on the survey so it’s obviously incorrect. Also on that same page near the bottom it says copyright Walmart 2021. Kinda odd if you ask me because all the others say 2024. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also sent a help ticket. It still isn’t resolved.

The app needs some work
I love being a Spark member and have been for some time now. I was excited when they came out with the app but it has issues. It doesn’t remember me and when I try to log in I get an “authentication failed” message and it won’t log me back in but if I go to my browser and log in to the website using the same log in and password it logs me in immediately. Very frustrating
