Really appreciate the app

The website is cool and all but I don’t like having to open my browser to access spark. I am glad there is an app and hope that they continue to make it better

Won’t recognize log-in

I’ve repeatedly tried logging into the app and it keeps saying it’s invalid/unrecognized login, but I have no trouble with my login credentials when using the website. The app seems to be worthless at this point so I’ve uninstalled it.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a descriptive review and share your challenges with our team. We are sorry to hear that there were so many instances of login issues. We are aware that in the past, we have had many folks attempting to login simultaneously and as such, our systems were struggling to keep up. We have recently launched a new version of the app and are hopeful that if you redownload the app, you would have more success accessing your account. If you are still hitting such errors, please reach out to sparkcommunity@walmart.com and we can see what might be going on.

IPad version is awful

Trying to login and screen with the app is only about 1/3 of the size of the iPad screen. Then it says my login is incorrect and ytying to set upa new PW, every time I enter a character, the screen moves down and I can’t see characters as I enter them. Happens with each character. Then says I can’t use a previous password. Which is my active password - the only one Ive ever had. Ive had enough of this awful attempt at programming.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the in-app experience. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not formally support iPad or tablet devices. Apps generally allow for folks to have a mobile device (phone) view on the iPad if they do not support tablet devices. This is the case for our app. We will take your feedback back to our administrator team and will consider this as a request for enhancement: to formally support iPad screens. Poor formatting on iPad

The graphics only fills the center portion of the iPad’s screen so it looks like the size of an iPhone screen. It won’t expand. Words are cut off along the bottom menu line. Not very well designed. Maybe they’ll fix it in the future. Yuck,

The new customer spark App needs work

So I downloaded the app and logging into my account on the new app and on the website. The website shows all the rewards points and credits and the app shows I have $0.00. Please fix this Walmart!

App as bad as the instructions they sent

I thought, “won’t it be nice to not have to log in to a website to see my progress?” Wrong! App does not recognize my profile, preferences, or even respond so that I can enter them all again. By the way, the instructions for finding the app on App Store were in this order: Step 1, step 2, step 4, step 5, step 3. Nice!

Terrible App

They really need to look hard into how this app is working because it is not working correctly. It won’t save any of my updated information. It just keeps glitching over and over again. Does anyone look into this?
