Really appreciate the app
Won’t recognize log-in

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a descriptive review and share your challenges with our team. We are sorry to hear that there were so many instances of login issues. We are aware that in the past, we have had many folks attempting to login simultaneously and as such, our systems were struggling to keep up. We have recently launched a new version of the app and are hopeful that if you redownload the app, you would have more success accessing your account. If you are still hitting such errors, please reach out to sparkcommunity@walmart.com and we can see what might be going on.
IPad version is awful

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the in-app experience. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not formally support iPad or tablet devices. Apps generally allow for folks to have a mobile device (phone) view on the iPad if they do not support tablet devices. This is the case for our app. We will take your feedback back to our administrator team and will consider this as a request for enhancement: to formally support iPad screens. We are grateful for your opinions and are appreciative of your membership as part of the Customer Spark Community.
