I liked this app, it’s a good way to kill time. However, as of v. 2.2.2, I can’t use punctuation, and if I try to edit anything the AI spits out, it loses its punctuation as well. Kind of hard to write without it. Please fix.

Hello, thank you for eaching out. We continue to improve and update Pirr for ios and android platforms, soon we will also release a web app. We hope you continue to use Pirr and enjoy creating stories.⚠️ 4/26 update: endless loop of try to sign in, update screen, kicked out.
Updated it because it started acting wonky so I figured that’s what it needed but now it won’t go past the loading screen of “updating, please hang tight” and in my settings it’s saying all of my documents and data for it are gone which is just fantastic thanks a lot 🙄 Update: the latest update didn’t do anything to fix it. It’s still stuck on that same screen.

We are so sorry to hear the issues you have experienced. Have you tried again after that? Have your stories returned? Reach out to support@pirr.me if not and we can help you from there.The new update has a new “improved” ai to make stories but it does not follow the story in the right context like prior. Gives me random things that have nothing to do with what the start of the story is. Also the new look isn’t as appealing.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are improving and updating Pirr to give the best user experience possible. We would love for you to try Pirr again now and let us know what you think.If you try to copy/paste into the story, (in my case, transferring some of my writing from my notes app) or just write your own passage, you can only do a paragraph/small increments at a time. On top of that, before the new updates the app’s memory wasn’t great, but it was pretty decent, now it’s absolutely terrible and will mess up what character said what, who’s speaking, pronouns, won’t recognize any situations, such as where the characters are, or what’s happening, or even what animal a pet is. It turned a cat into a crow when I had stated the type of animal it was in the previous paragraph.

An interesting concept but the execution isn’t there yet. It’s slow, there are too many common banned words, often the suggestions make no sense in context and there is no way to give feedback on them aside from reporting a violation. It’s not ready and not set up for users to offer helpful feedback for improvements.

We now have a feedback option in the app and the language model has more language context understanding. YOu are always welcome to reach out to support@pirr.me with any suggestions.Every time I open up the app, a bar at the bottom of the screen pops up with three moving dots and it doesn’t let me access anything, and leaves me stuck on the screen. I’ve tried closing and reopening, uninstalling and then reinstalling, and the issue still persists
