Not straightforward

The app is not user friendly. It's very difficult to get support on claims. When you need additional support it takes you to the WhatsApp chat that later takes you back to the app. My car has been repaired by the shop 5 days ago and the wheel is still under repair by another shop, no one can give me an answer and I can't submit a complaint either

Always find a way to reject

They never approve any request, and instead of direct rejection, they keep asking for clarifications, and even when they get a response from the doctor, they continue asking for new clarifications until either the patient get fed up and leave or until the doctor reaches his time and goes home. Bottom line they always find a way to reject any medical request, even if you are in an emergency

Bad customer service

I tried to raise a request for the car accident. They asked me to use the app. The app doesn’t work and the customer service can’t do anything to help saying that they can’t help.

Prompt service and feedback. My claim was settled swiftly.

Complicated App

I have been trying to add my policy number and to see my benefits without any luck.
Too many icons and promotions.

Terrible Insurance; Terrible App

The app is impossible. It’s basically an advertisement and it’s extremely difficult to actually address your claims and/or requests. If you want to speak to an employee, you’ll need to go through half a dozen steps, which take at least 15 minutes.

Nearly every claim is refused, and you have to go through several rounds in order to get it approved. If you have a request for approval while you are at the hospital, go home, because approval will NOT be coming anytime soon, so don’t waste your time. If they disapprove your claim “there is no procedure” for them to seek approval themselves and explain to the doctor what they need, you have to talk to the doctor for them. In short, this insurance is part of Saudi Arabia’s past—if you want the future, go elsewhere.

Intentionally unclear

Dealing with this app is one of the most frustrating things I have to do. Nothing is clearly explained. I raised maybe half a dozen reimbursement requests for the same treatment and every time would get a rejection saying “please attach proof of payment” which was attached every single time. When I called them for clarity, the representative explained that the receipt needed to be stamped by the doctor. Couldn’t that have been written in any of the rejections! It was like a bot response every time.

Then when I tried uploading another reimbursement request, I got the message to upload medical documents (nothing was missing). None of the links would open (surprise) and when looking through the app, there wasn’t anywhere I could upload documents. So I call again and it turns out I need to submit another request and include the “missing” documents. The message could have stated that I need to upload a new request specifying the missing documents. Again, none were missing. It’s like they have the comprehension and communication skills of a middle schooler. Why can’t any of their communications be clear and say what they mean? I know insurance companies are not known to be honest, but this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer experience / user friendliness. I can’t wait to change companies

Worst ever

No way to talk to a human. If you are lucky to get a person they only speak Arabic even when you push the button for English. No email either. So hopefully you never have a problem

Highly inconsistent and unreliable

Have been trying to log in for past two days but the app is unable to send the OTP. Last time I used the app was 3 months ago and had no issues. Even the customer service is unreachable.
