Love !

I love being apart of the future family! I love that it’s convenient and it’s my favorite color , green. The only thing that I suggest is that they would have a 24/7 support chat and be a little quicker when it comes to disputes and refunds. Other than that I give it 10/10 highly recommend!

Cool features but needs work

Signed up for the account through a friend's referral link and I liked the eco cash back features and on my utility bill. Right off the bat, I had issues with the virtual card not working at all and support was not able to fix it, the real card came in the mail and works just fine so I've been using that. The app has bugs and is glitchy, and the instant reloads don't work. Also, I still have not received the referral credit from using a friend's link to sign up, even though I met the requirements.

real savings

most of my day involves taking public transit and thrifting so I love the almost instant cash rewards for spending I already do. Plus I notice I try to search for sustainable brands when I need something to get extra cashback! They have so many amazing partners :-)

Great rewards but service could be improved

I have been using this card for a year now. The rewards are really great and the customer service is super helpful and responsive.

However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved:
- once you transfer money on the card from your bank account, it takes several days to process
- you can use it to get cash back on utilities, but if you pay using the routing and accpunt number you have to send an email every time to get cash back
- it would be great if it could get money directly from your main bank account, without having to recharge the card manually every time

Beware! They closed my account without any explanation

I've been using Future for some time now, recommend with friends and accumulated points for referring. Now my account is suddenly closed without any explanation. Whenever I login, my number is not found on their database. !?

*Update: So it looks like a weird glitch or a silent maintenance. It's back now. They should've put up an announcement in app's front page so people don't panic on what's going on.

Best Card for MTA / OMNY System in NYC!

I saw that they were offering a limited time promotion via Instagram ads, it was for a free week of subway rides. It was pretty simple and straightforward, and it worked! I signed up, loaded $34 onto it via my debit card, and set my Express Transit card to Future Card. They reimbursed me for all my rides (it shows up as “100% cashback” next to each transaction), and once I hit my fare cap they added $5.00 to my account (also one thing they advertise about their card)! Now I have $39 to use for next week, and this will be default Express Transit card moving forward. I’m a happy customer! Def recommending to friends.

Love this and can’t wait to see where it goes

I love the concept of the app and as someone who cares about both sustainability and saving money, this app is perfect. I use the subway everyday and thrift most of the things I buy, I can’t wait to use this in every aspect of my daily life! I also love that it promotes sustainable habits and awareness and fully support it as it grows.

Need better rewards

I just signed up and I love the idea, just wish they had better rewards. Most of the rewards are for things that’ll take a long time to get, like an iPhone or MacBook, electric bike, etc. The only thing I’d MAYBE use would be the stasher food storage kit, but I don’t think the hassle of having to send in my monthly electric bill is worth it. Please add things like gift cards or cash out options

NYC Game Changer

I’ve been on here a little over a month. And I use transit twice a day 5 times a week. I’ve got about $12 in cash back savings that I’ve applied for a nice boost for transit funds or anything. The perks are cool and I recommend to anyone. Living in this city every penny counts.

It's a Scam!!!

Not the app, lol... I'm sure the app does all it says it does. But the Climate Scare is total nonsense, drudged up by people who want to keep you afraid and under their thumb. If you reeeeeally look into it, you'll find concrete proof that carbon levels are actually a little lower than they were 3 MILLION YEARS AGO, and so is the temperature. Eliminating our use of fossil fuels too quickly would be devastating to the most vulnerable people on the planet. There's nothing wrong with being environmentally conscious and limiting waste, but don't buy into the hype. And don't buy an electric CAR WHATEVER you do; they're HORRIBLE for the environment. Peace and love!!
