faulty app
Digital coupons will not download on my phone. They downloaded when the girl at the store set up my account, then when I tried to open it again at home it would not download the coupons. Corporation won’t even return my call to try to get the problem fixeddusabled
Coupons Area is Functional
Most of this app is garbage like the others say, but pretty much everything in the coupons section seems to work. I was able to sign up for an account in that section and load coupons. It wants you to select your hometown Food Giant but only seems to have KY stores. I’m in MS so I just picked one. It’ll be interesting to see if the coupons apply when I’m in the store. Overall, this thing needs major work, but at least the main section does seem to work as it should.

Nothing Works
Months after release and nothing consistently works. Some features have never worked.
Suppose the company either does not want to pay somebody to fix or is okay with the reputation this app is giving them.

Not a helpful app
Downloaded to look at grocery options, like you might on other store apps, but there is nothing like that here. Building a shopping list is just a clunky digital shopping list. Not intuitive or particularly well designed. I will check the recipe function, can’t be all bad, right?Ryan B72032

App has bad support
Houchens industry wants to compete with Walmart and Kroger and cannot find a developer or support for the app. Probably the worst grocery store app on the market.
You have the ability to drop $40-50k on a professional developer and can afford the upkeep and backend for an app. Costing yourself millions for a few thousand bucks thinking you are coming out ahead on your bottom line.
Not having the right app literally brings your stock and brand value down. Pure trash, and the developers should be ashamed for claiming to have cloud skills, coding skills, and even a background in IT!Show lessrainbowbright4jesus
Wish I could give it a zero
Nothing works. Created account and nothing but white screen- now every time I try to log in it doesn’t recognize the email or any part of the account. Thankfully I have my receipts that tell me how many points I have but do not have access to the coupons, will get an email telling me what they are and to download them via the app to be able to use them but again - nothing on the app worksShow lessReahannn

There is no way an actual app developer created this app. My 3 year old could create a better functioning app! Nothing on it works, not even the sign up! Don’t waste your time.SIRENSFan
