A buggy mess not meant for public release and possibly a security risk
This app is a buggy mess, it’ll ask you if you want to add a drink and show a price of $0.00 which will cause an error when clicked.
After you hit pay now, and after the loading fish has gone away you get no confirmation that your order has been placed and you are left on the enter payment details screen.
If you hit the home button afterwards you can see an “order in progress” button that if clicked will cause the app to crash.
Want to re-place an old order? Well you better not be at a different store than the original as it will set your location to that one, if you change store, then it empties the cart.
I CANNOT recommend that you store your payment information in this app, because if the app is this buggy, who is to say that your payment information is secure and not hackable.
Also using the app pay button doesn’t work and just fails. Use this app at your own risk!!!Show lessDragion Trainer
Not good
Received error message when attempting to pay with Apple Pay. Tried credit card and received same error message. Went to drive through to order, and received email saying my order would be ready shortly—while I’m waiting in line to pay for the order I’d just put in in-person. Ended up with duplicate orders. I’ll just drive through next time. This app stinks. 👎Show lessE Gator
Hire a better app designer
Just downloaded the app and wow. What year is this? You can’t simply delete an item from the cart? Or at the very least change the quantity to zero to remove it? Come on. It’s not hard. You already took the coupons away. Then the $5.99 fish meal is no longer available. Also seems like chicken is being pushed more than fish. We have more than enough chicken places around, and this would not be my choice for chicken. To add insult to injury, your app is trash. The least you could do is hire someone who makes you want to use the app instead of getting frustrated and not even wanting to eat here now. Make a better app. Bring back coupons. Push fish over chicken. Wouldn’t hurt to have larger pieces of fish. I know they used to be bigger than jumbo fish sticks. I have photos from a much better time for captain ds.
