Great Food, rotten app
The app rewards rarely get applied to the account after purchase, and the points you may actually get magically don’t get applied when you try to use them (then they expire).
The restaurant staff has no way of honoring any app rewards or promos at the counter, so that is a bust.
No person or even auto reply ever responds to customer service inquiries, just a sent page and a thank you we’ll be in touch page when sent. Sadly there is no phone number that can get you any response to app issues or help you apply missing rewards.
Do go in and enjoy a good meal, but for pity sake don’t spoil your appetite by trying to reap any app rewards. Congrats CaptainD’s developers, you officially have the worst app and customer support awards for 3 years running!!
