The wife & I are regular shoppers and love the new mobile app‼️ It was very easy to download and sign- up on our phones. And we really like the new loyalty you just added 👍. The shopping points and the dread & milk Club are Great added savings for us‼️ 11 years of shopping at your store,, always friendly,, easy to shop at your store and now even easier on our wallet ‼️

And a month later. Retried after downloading again. Every time I checkout at store are you using the rewards app? What a joke! Won’t let me sign in Incorrect credentials ( took a pick of my sign in screen) Told just save all your receipts we will refund and credit your rewards. Really!

App Does Not Work
I keep getting blank white pages no matter which page I try to go to. I can not add the digital coupons advertised in their weekly ads if the mobile app doesn’t work!lmar69
Hot Garbage
If a company is going to have an app as a replacement for their rewards program you would think they would take the time to make sure their app works. I had great hopes for this App when I downloaded it as I frequent a store nearby. However, nothing works in this App!!!! Even the easiest thing of signing up doesn’t work correctly. I have tried it three times just to be sure it wasn’t me or didn’t have anything to do with the time of day. Finally on the third try I received an email to confirm my account but when I clicked the link it told me I either had the wrong login ID or password even though I took a screenshot when I created them to ensure I’d have them. Just for fun I tried a fourth time to signup out of the App and was told that the email hadn’t been confirmed but was held for another user. NO CRAP I just signed up using the ID and the confirmation link wouldn’t confirm me. Done with it! Over it! Can’t believe the Apple App Store allows junk like this on their phones🤬Show lessDreamwhip
Nothing works
Every screen goes white. I received an email that digital coupons were ready, but the screen on the app is just white. Every icon you click leads to a white screen. I’m hoping for a fix soon because food giant is the closest store to me and I would absolutely shop there more often with digital coupons.Show lesst20140000
Even the simple things don’t work
With this app even something as simple as a physical circularly that I get weekly in the mail is easier to access than the same information this is supposedly with in this app, but Every time you click on a childish looking icon nothing loads its just a blank white screen until I hit the back button. Horrible app
Piece of crap app that will not work. Signed up and it shows no member ID. Horribly slow. Poorly designed. Terrible idea. If you weren’t a monopoly on the grocery market in this rural area I’d ditch you.Tndiver
