This app is mind blowing…

Optimize Vitality and Crush Fitness Goals!!!

Best fitness app!!! I rely on Aim7 everyday to know when to go all out and when to prioritize active recovery. I’ve achieved my weight loss goals 4x sooner than I thought it would take and I’ve improved my overall emotional health. I’ve increased my cardio fitness from zero to now training for a half marathon. I’ve built muscle and I’m stronger. I’ve gotten an exponential amount of usefulness out of my Apple Watch data with Aim7. My back doesn’t hurt all the time anymore. I’m in my 40s and it has been incredibly helpful to have the guidance of Aim7 along my fitness journey- it helps me balance going hard at fitness with allowing my body to heal and adapt. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!

AIM7 changed my stress level

AIM7 has dramatically reduced my stress level. I love how it uses my HRV and Apple Watch data to create exercise, sleep, and mental fitness recommendations tailored to my needs.

Also, the morning routine is fantastic. The mindfulness sessions mixed with morning sunlight gets my day off to a great start.
