They must have security and comes with top support

I love this Guardio app. Now that I got it installed on my phone it has caught so much more. I mean a lot more than McGaffey security. It ain’t funny. Just please please if you’re thinking of getting security get Guardio. Its works great. It is the top line security experience for either your phone or your laptop.

Charging Double!!

I want to say buyer beware! This app charged me a monthly fee then a yearly charge? September25th, 2024 charged twice? When opening app it requested me to sign up for a monthly charge, which I agreed, upon attempting to open app was kicked into a loop of saying I had to resign in, confirming cost credentials, which I did, figuring it was for the monthly charge, they deducted a yearly charge? This happened both on the same day? I have been attempting to get refunds, now for a week plus, I keep getting bounced around? They have all the information, from where they deducted, just refuse to acknowledge? My name is Chris Graham, I have been attempting to get a refund for two charges on same date September 25th, 2024! A monthly charge $14.99 A yearly charge $119.88 This began with me attempting to cancel $14.99 charge. I was required to re-login to make cancelation? Everytime time, I log in to attempt to cancel, I’m re-charged? This is a vicious cycle, I have attempted to discuss with your support team, but continue to be told I must follow a required step of reliving in and cancelling! You have identified all transactions to my account, including data used to sign in to Guardio? Why are you being so stubborn in refunding my funds, for an app I do not have access to? Note: why is it when responding to your notification it states a positive or negative outcome has been reached, I the customer cannot reply with a negative, bad, extremely displeased action, your format only allows a positive? Guardio has billed me a yearly rate and a monthly rate, I cannot use app? Every time I try to log in you try bill more money? I have tried requesting re-imbursement? You continue to say I must log in to request, ask again for billing information, but if I do not submit you kick me out? You have all billing information, including dates and transactions? Why no refund! I don’t even have access to use, every time I try to log in you ask for billing credentials? What I do not understand, I did not click yes to your app except to try, because of a card linked to an account, you auto billed me? Somebody Please Help!

Im so sick of these apps trying to get you to pay a monthly payment or something to continue using this app it’s like do you want to help people out from getting hacked and scammed or are you a fraud and just trying to get money? Like come on it’s so frustrating im trying to be safe and not get hacked and I find an app that actually might help me but before I can even get started using it I have to pay a monthly subscription and when I don’t I can even use the app, just don’t get this app unless your willing to pay a 15 dollar monthly payment

No more scams Hooray

Thank you Guardio, I now have no scam emails and messages. If something does look funny. Guardio block them straight away.
I had another virus protector and it always said no scams detected. But when I joined Guardio they found so many scam emails that replicate other firms and look so much alike.
I am very happy with my level of virus and malicious email protection.
I recommend them to anyone. As a loyal and amazing protection from these scams. Thank you very much

Great service

I enjoy the quick notifications from them letting me know when they detect an spam or questionable web site so I can make the decision to delete or continue. I also enjoy the monitoring of my other accounts and shared with my family for the included service.
