Ring in the trash
I knew I left my ring in the bathroom or my husband hid it because I am always misplacing it. I searched the house for two days nothing. Went to the Oura website they suggested this app. Downloaded the app and walked the entire house twice nothing. Decided to search the backyard and garage. As soon as I went outside my ring history updated. As I moved closer to the cars and trash bin the bars on the app went up. Took everything out of the trash can and the app directed me to the exact bag and location in the bag of trash my ring was in. Without this app my ring would be in the city dump. My ring was knocked off the charger while my husband was making the bed. After crawling around with my CSI flashlight and not being able to find it. I turned to Oura Help which provided a link to your app. It took about 10 minutes to find it on the lower shelf of the night stand amid a stack of books. Thank you for helping us avoid tearing the bed apart in our planned search strategy.Show less2 busy people

What a fantastic app! I was in a hiking trip and I was in a rush and I must have take off my ring to apply sunscreen and completely forgotten that I did. On the hike I notice it was missing and hoped it hadn’t slipped off. When I got back to my car I knew the ring was somewhere in the car because it connected to the app but the car was packed with gear and other stuff. I got a flashlight and started looking when I got home but just couldn’t find it. I was resigned to spend the next few hours disassembling my car and my gear and then I found this app. With the signal strength function I was able to pinpoint the exact area of the car my ring was in (the trunk and found it in 5 minutes!). Thank you!!!! I hope Oura gives you some money and integrates this in their app. It’s crazy they don’t have it. Great work!Show lesserduca

Wow, so impressed. Lost my ring yesterday and wasn’t sure if it was at work or at home. The app wasn’t giving me any luck at home so I wasn’t sure if it worked or if I missed a step. However, I got to work this morning and was walking around the office when a signal to my ring popped up. Turns out I left it under my keyboard and the app led me straight to it! No need to pre connect your ring to this app or anything… it’s incredible, simple and works! The max distance I was able to get a ready was about 15 feet away.

A godsend!
Thank you for saving me $300*! Unknowingly, my ring slipped off as I was pulling brush on my property. I didn’t realize I had lost it till later that evening. I, of course, tore the house apart, looking for the ring, but nope. This morning, I started looking again, and still no good. Then I found this app and, OMG, it worked! It Works!
I was so sad and completely at a loss when I lost my Oura ring. I found out about this app when researching online. I wear compression garments and when I got back from the gym I had my Oura ring in my hand as I was taking off my garments to put my ring back on and then I realized my ring was gone! I had no idea where it went. I downloaded this app and walked slowly through the house. Nothing. Another reviewer said something about setting it on the floor so my third go around through the house I did that and lo and behold when I got to my bedroom, near my laundry basket, this app alerted me the ring was close. Apparently when I took my garments off as I rolled them up to put in the laundry, the ring got folded up with them. THANK YOU for this app! I am so grateful.Show lessLulu86554

Thank you so much for saving me a very expensive purchase if I had to replace my ring! This app worked exactly as described. I lost my ring outside and we have over 2 acres so it was a slow slog. I was actually walking back to the house with my husband saying I didn’t want to spend any time looking for it and at least it wasn’t my wedding ring .. when the app found a signal! My ring was basically underneath my feet at that point, so you do have to get close for the app to work. But my advice would be that if you’re sure the ring is on premise, stay the course. Put on a podcast and just walk around slowly with the app running and be patient. Good luck!Show lessEmilyShearon

My cat knocked the ring off the charger, you’d think it would have been easy to find but I spent 30 minutes with no luck. I googled how I could find it hoping Oura added something.
