Does exactly what it says. You have to walk around to catch the signal but it will confirm you ring is still close by and help you narrow it down.
Found my ring inside a package I had just boxed up and was about to take to the post office. Whew!dekohl
Should I disconnect from Oura app?
I couldn’t find my ring with this, though I did find the signal up to 3 bars. I was afraid to disconnect my ring from the Oura app, as advised by this app. Should I have done that? Btw, I found the ring in my own
