Almost all of my alarm message pics are gone
Today I looked at the alarm messages from a week back and all the pictures are gone. For the last 4 months the pictures would stay even if the video was gone. This app is so buggy. Looks like you released a new version yesterday and I’m concerned that I will lose all the rest of my footage.
On two recordings I suddenly do not have any audio on the recording. I have had to go back and RE-record the missing time and then go listen back to make sure the recording included audio. Please fix this issue. It’s wasting a lot of my time. Also, the history tab sometimes bugs out and won’t switch to the current day. Specifically I had issues on the 1st day of April, it kept popping me back to March 31st, and I could not get it to show me April 1st unless I navigated to the history from the motion alerts messages area. Today I had the same issue. Features I would like is the ability to see noise alerts from the history tab while watching the video. Currently I can only see motion alerts marked on the time line. Also I’d like for the grid picture version of the alert messages area to show the whole picture, currently it’s cutting off both sides of the picture when in this view.Show lessCrytides

No option to crop the video length; no option to speed up playback; the home screen is really bad in that i only have 1 camera so the home screen shouldn’t have a play button and instead should stream the video. The app has slow playback; not enough options for notification preferences; and overall not very user friendly or well done..Show lesssourcherry97
No Phone Alarm
App was easy to install and setup. It’s basic and simple which I like. The big problem is the notification settings. There is no way to customize the notification. When I’m away from home or sleeping, I want the motion notification to be load and alarming and persistent. This app does not provide that options to increase volume, change sound, or require a response. Just a single common sound notification and that’s it. Poorly designed app
App was the reason we returned our camera. It was difficult to navigate and English instructions were poorly written. Ultimate deciding factor was it was too difficult to give access to family members so they could also monitor and control the camera.brunnerjr
Not a good pet or child monitor
I work in the IOT industry. this app and camera system are not very user-friendly. it appears to just gather information on you and allow you to look through a camera that you can pan around. The alarm notification is just a single ding, no way to change that to a more persistent alarm noise to get your attention to tell you that the camera is detected movement. so unless you’re staring at your phone Home Screen and watching this app icon screen you’ll never know your camera detected movement. It seems this was developed for a security guard to be physically watching a monitor and also log what that person sees, not to alert you to movement or noise.Show lessJjfazgam
Meh…
Needs MAJOR MAJOR improvement. Previously used Cloudedge and it was great…recordings loaded fast, and motion detection would send a photo of the recording to my Apple Watch. This doesn’t do that which is a total bummer. You just get a notification and that’s it. This app is also very slow when it comes to viewing recordings and sometimes they don’t load at all.. please fix these issues.Show lessdouxriens
Not bad
Easy to use, sometimes when I’m pressing the buttons to move the camera it will get stuck and continuously keep moving. It would be REALLY nice if 2 people could use the app instead of just 1 person. So me & my husband could both check in on our kids.Adriana82596

I snagged a couple MUBVIEW cameras for home security and I got exactly what I was looking for. These cameras pan 364 degrees and I can do it all from the app whether I am home or not!
It has been great being able to check in on my home in the time that I am away.SamTYoung
