Poorly designed app
App was the reason we returned our camera. It was difficult to navigate and English instructions were poorly written. Ultimate deciding factor was it was too difficult to give access to family members so they could also monitor and control the camera.
Not a good pet or child monitor
I work in the IOT industry. this app and camera system are not very user-friendly. it appears to just gather information on you and allow you to look through a camera that you can pan around. The alarm notification is just a single ding, no way to change that to a more persistent alarm noise to get your attention to tell you that the camera is detected movement. so unless you’re staring at your phone Home Screen and watching this app icon screen you’ll never know your camera detected movement. It seems this was developed for a security guard to be physically watching a monitor and also log what that person sees, not to alert you to movement or noise.

Meh…
Needs MAJOR MAJOR improvement. Previously used Cloudedge and it was great…recordings loaded fast, and motion detection would send a photo of the recording to my Apple Watch. This doesn’t do that which is a total bummer. You just get a notification and that’s it. This app is also very slow when it comes to viewing recordings and sometimes they don’t load at all.. please fix these issues.

Not bad
Easy to use, sometimes when I’m pressing the buttons to move the camera it will get stuck and continuously keep moving. It would be REALLY nice if 2 people could use the app instead of just 1 person. So me & my husband could both check in on our kids.
Audio cuts out when recording
On two recordings I suddenly do not have any audio on the recording. I have had to go back and RE-record the missing time and then go listen back to make sure the recording included audio. Please fix this issue. It’s wasting a lot of my time.
Also, the history tab sometimes bugs out and won’t switch to the current day. Specifically I had issues on the 1st day of April, it kept popping me back to March 31st, and I could not get it to show me April 1st unless I navigated to the history from the motion alerts messages area. Today I had the same issue.
Features I would like is the ability to see noise alerts from the history tab while watching the video. Currently I can only see motion alerts marked on the time line.
Also I’d like for the grid picture version of the alert messages area to show the whole picture, currently it’s cutting off both sides of the picture when in this view.

Good app for good cameras at a good price
I snagged a couple MUBVIEW cameras for home security and I got exactly what I was looking for. These cameras pan 364 degrees and I can do it all from the app whether I am home or not!

Good app for doorbell
Using this app for my wireless home doorbell. No issues so far and it’s very user friendly. The app allows me to access everything I need quickly and easily. Haven’t encountered any bugs or crashes!
Easy to use
The app is very easy to use to set up the camera. Everything is good I just hope that when looking at the live feed it is a bit quicker to load. Other then that great app!
Instant Notifications & User friendly App
5 Stars!!! Been using this App from last few months and I am impressed with instantaneous notifications from the App on my phone every time. Easy to Navigate and very user friendly. Easy to add new Cameras and has all the required features. App is working flawlessly, never faced crashing or hanging issue with it. Definitely recommend.

Nice doorbell camera
I was surprised with the quality of this camera for its price, the night vision works great and so does the doorbell to phone notification! The chime doesn’t always ring but I never miss a ring to my phone! I also like the cloud how it stores the videos. It is definitely a smart investment and customer service is AMAZING! Will be buying more soon!
