When you go to withdraw to your PayPal, you only get 35% of your total. They say the rest is “Bonus Cash” but it will be “Forfeited” when you withdraw money. By that, it means you split the money you won 35% to you and 65% back into the companies pockets! If your lucky you’ll only need to put cash in the game once unless you wait untill the third day for the daily prize. Also if you keep redoing games and starting them the exact same way. Then the bots will magically blow your score out of the water making you loose money. So try starting different ways everytime.Show lessKfnsgao
CANNOT WITHDRAW FUNDS
I just tried to make my first withdrawal after playing this game for months. It had me verify my email address, which I did, as well as my PayPal ID, and then a series of “identity confirmation” fields: Name, birthdate, full address. Well on the second screen, after entering my full and correct mailing address, the button to SUBMIT my request is not functional!
If this is a glitch, then it needs to get fixed, and I would appreciate your support team to reach out to me immediately. Otherwise I can only assume the inability to submit withdrawal requests via non-functionality of the SUBMIT button makes this a pretty obvious scam/fraud.

Sorry for what you have experienced. Bonus cash are given to players for free so it can not be withdrawn. But you can use them to win withdrawable cash. Please check if you have any withdrawable cash on your game account. If you do, please contact our support team. They will try their best to help youHorrible but fun / they are hustling us !
Bottom line I’ve studied the programming of this game . It’s not made for you to win . They game is rigged . I’ve played over 200 games. Don’t get me wrong you win but the winning is capped off . When you start to win to Often or if your in a position to win big with a lot of time on the board the game purposely disperses colors that don’t make sense for completion of the board . It’s the equivalent of a bad call by the ref late in the game that alters the outcome of the WHOLE GAME ! Plus check this … normally if you put 9k-10k points on the board that’s normally #1 on the board but once you’ve become consistent with these scores and the “other players” will out score you proving that they are bots. I’ve literally had people beat high scores with the same scores as the players before. Like how obvious is it that I lost to a person that happened to score the same score 5 separate games ? The game itself is fun but as far as the money / earning OVER RATED AND MIS LEADING. One star for the fact the game is fun ! But this is supposed to be BUBBLE CASH !Show lessReal criticism

Definitely not in the player’s benefit
All I see are horror stories from anyone who’s been ever tried to submit a withdrawal, and seems with the latest update the bonus game where you used to be able to earn a couple extra “bonus cash” credits has now disappeared. So it looks like it’s time to delete this game.Fun game but…
Great in the beginning and I ended up depositing and I’d win a little more back so I play some more but after a while, I noticed they double charge me. Keeps happening. Good thing my credit card alerts me. I’m very careful, I know the games I play and when. Don’t double charge, makes me question this company’s ethics now and then there’s no one to contact for customer service. I know they have many games and run other games. I’ve played a lot of them, they are quality. But with this one I keep getting double charged at times. I’m keeping a closer look now. Will delete if this keeps happening. So I have had this game for several months now. At first I thought that the way they issue bonus money and they way they put so much bonus money towards you entry fee it seemed like you would never make anything to withdrawal. I just submitted a request for my first time ever withdrawal ever since starting to play this a few months ago. I’ll come back and update this review either way in order to inform everyone if it was successful or not. Overall, however, I’ve really enjoyed this app a lot. It’s challenging and fun and it just seems to flow very well. The graphics are dynamic, the time for each game is perfect, and I’ve experienced ZERO glitches it delays! I also play the other game on the App Store from this company, Cash Trip, which is a Bingo platform, but after 3 levels it opens up a Solitaire platform as well. Again with lovely graphics, no delays or glitches and smooth easy play. I hope to see more games from this company in the best future!
UPDATE
well, that withdrawal did indeed come through within 3 days; however, it’s going on day 4 and I have not received my second request for a withdrawal. I have deposited a lot of cash (in my opinion) and would continue to deposit cash into this game, but if I don’t see this withdrawal go through than I will have to walk away. This game has encountered an attack to its system which resulted in people either getting money they shouldn’t have or something along those lines because I had money disappear from my account that I win playing three games. And I didn’t have it sent to my bank. Note, my lady withdrawal request has been met with silence, and I’m hoping more money that I legitimately won doesn’t disappear.Show lessJmarti39

I have been playing for several months and u can definitely win. I won’t 45$ but then used it all instead of withdrawing the money . It is true that if u win bonus cash they don’t give u that money but u can withdrawal your money u won. I only had like 3$ bonus cash. So I could take out all the rest if I choose to. I have since then taken out several times and never had a problem. And it was instant if I sent it to a card and not the bank.Show lesscandone17

This game has clearly proven to be a scam. DON’T invest any money! It’s happened many times that I have gone from first place to not even getting top three, even though there was only ONE player who hadn’t finished. First time I thought I was mistaken, but since then it’s happened and I have screen shoots to prove that I was cheated.
