  • Auto Tune Needs Work!

I can flash a Stage 1 tune just fine on my 2024 Road Glide but the auto tune function needs work! Starts recording and the bike idles very rough and will stall if you don’t keep the throttle partially open when coming to a stop. Got a recording done and flashed with the updated tune. Have slightly less decel pop but now I’m getting occasional spark knock when getting on it good. This function needs work! And don’t tell me to take it to the dealer for assistance! Cause as Ron Swanson would say “I know more than you”

  • App and Process is straight trash

So first off whenever you go to open the app, click on tune the loading animation stays up indefinitely until you navigate until another part of the app, such as clicking on a calibration to program that calibration. The next thing is that swiping right to rename or left to delete totally does nothing. It does not function at all. The next thing is you better not even think about closing the app after you get done with a smart tune because if you do, you’re in for quite a surprise such as your ECM being locked up and you can’t get the app or the tuner to actually put a default Calibration on or cancel out of the smart process. It just leave your motorcycle in the limbo mode where the entire dash lights of warnings stays illuminated only by a stroke of luck may you be able to get it to back to normal. The next part of this ingenious operation is the fact of their only being one very specific step-by-step process to program your motorcycle and good luck doing it without the battery tender connected. My motorcycle went in to have it tested for a bad battery. Of course the Harley machine came back and said it was good but yet as soon as you turn on the motorcycle and go to tune it without the tender plugged in, it complains about a low battery operation on a regular basis you can see the voltmeter on the motorcycle jump up and down from just over 14 V to maybe 14.6 V while riding.

  • It's a dyno while you ride

While I admit there is a serious learning curve involved, if you have patience, you will be pleased with the result.
Currently I'm experimenting with a 24 FLTRX 117 with aftermarket 2into1 no CAT and the pipes were starting to blue even tho it seemed to be running fine. After adding the tuner and wideband O2 sensors I'm actually amazed by what this app can do.
You can take multiple recordings and apply as many as you want over the base tune each time refining your tune.
