  • Auto Tune Needs Work!

I can flash a Stage 1 tune just fine on my 2024 Road Glide but the auto tune function needs work! Starts recording and the bike idles very rough and will stall if you don’t keep the throttle partially open when coming to a stop. Got a recording done and flashed with the updated tune. Have slightly less decel pop but now I’m getting occasional spark knock when getting on it good. This function needs work! And don’t tell me to take it to the dealer for assistance! Cause as Ron Swanson would say “I know more than you”

  • App and Process is straight trash

So first off whenever you go to open the app, click on tune the loading animation stays up indefinitely until you navigate until another part of the app, such as clicking on a calibration to program that calibration. The next thing is that swiping right to rename or left to delete totally does nothing. It does not function at all. The next thing is you better not even think about closing the app after you get done with a smart tune because if you do, you’re in for quite a surprise such as your ECM being locked up and you can’t get the app or the tuner to actually put a default Calibration on or cancel out of the smart process. It just leave your motorcycle in the limbo mode where the entire dash lights of warnings stays illuminated only by a stroke of luck may you be able to get it to back to normal. The next part of this ingenious operation is the fact of their only being one very specific step-by-step process to program your motorcycle and good luck doing it without the battery tender connected. My motorcycle went in to have it tested for a bad battery. Of course the Harley machine came back and said it was good but yet as soon as you turn on the motorcycle and go to tune it without the tender plugged in, it complains about a low battery operation on a regular basis you can see the voltmeter on the motorcycle jump up and down from just over 14 V to maybe 14.6 V while riding.

  • It's a dyno while you ride

While I admit there is a serious learning curve involved, if you have patience, you will be pleased with the result.
Currently I'm experimenting with a 24 FLTRX 117 with aftermarket 2into1 no CAT and the pipes were starting to blue even tho it seemed to be running fine. After adding the tuner and wideband O2 sensors I'm actually amazed by what this app can do.
You can take multiple recordings and apply as many as you want over the base tune each time refining your tune.

  • Doesn’t work with the 2024 CVO Road Glide

This has the potential to be a simple tuner and would suit my needs. However, it doesn’t work on a 2024 CVO Road Glide. Local dealer and I talked to Harley Corporate and they acknowledged it is a known bug, but no timeline. The last update was more than a month ago, and still no fix. I want to like this, but I can’t use it. So far it’s been money wasted.

  • The app keep crashing in me…

When I tried to setup gauges screen. I create a new group, choose one of the five data field and the app close…
  • Updates

Not sure why this happens to me, but I am behind on like I think for updates. I can never get the update and when it wants to update it will never completely finish so I don’t know how to get it to update on an Apple phone. also have a problem with mySmart, when I go back in with the Smart with the star that I created, it will not download. It says this file is not supported so I’m not understanding why when it worked before.

  • Good For its Intended Use

So far no issues with my app. Pairs up easily and is very straightforward to use. One big thing I would like to see in the future:

    - an info tab that can tell new people or curious minds how the tuning process works, what all of the various live data points mean and what is or isn’t normal for some of those readings.

Overall happy with the app and tuning. A lot of the naysayers for this tuner are probably expecting it to do things it’s not intended to do or simply don’t follow the very simple instructions.

  • 2024 RG and 2024 SG

On my Road Glide it works fine but the Street Glide it won’t stay connected 3x during smart tune the Speedometer and Tach would not work. Twice while trying to smart tune the app and bike lost connection and left me stranded on the side of the road. Engine light was flashing and pulling the fuse didn’t work. First dealership couldn’t find the problem had to reflash the bike. Second dealership agreed there is a issue reflashed and was able to tune it on the dyno. I think there is an issue with having to use the location service on your phone. So far this product has cost me over a $1000 plus the cost of the tuner.

  • what a glorious POC

this application is a shame, it makes me unconfident to use because it keeps on losing connection to my tuner. It keeps on forgetting my motorcycle Vin while I’m doing a tune it keeps on disconnecting and asking if I wanna cancel or continue or try another recording session. when I try to program the motorcycle, sometimes it tells me that the battery is not fully charged, but it is and if I dismiss the warning and press continue, the app will try to flash the bike anyways. This application is half assed. For the price of the tuner this application is an insult.

  • Pro street tuner

I have the little tuner. It requires windows 10 or higher. I’m having trouble getting the latest app update to update. When I started the update, it says loading and never seems to load. What do I do to get the app to update the to the new version?
