Do better. Really test this app and the website for homeowners, because some basics do not seem to work. Currently, the “Forgot Password” feature doesn’t work. I can get one step further into the “Forgot Password” process than the Keystone Connection website in that after entering my email address the prompt disappears. To be even clearer, the same prompt does not disappear. In both instances email is not received to my registered email address. I thought maybe I need to create a new account, but the site ensures me that the email address is already registered (this is expected). If there’s a problem with the browser or its configuration (such as blocking JavaScript or pop-ups) it doesn’t inform the user in the slightest.
The page where one enters their identifiable information during registration is a usability nightmare. I know, because I am a website and application tester.
