Great app

This is a great app! It's made it so much easier for me to be aware of my eating habits and make better choices. The encouragement and motivation that Amanda provides really help to keep me going. Thanks Amanda!

I don’t get it

I tell a bad AI what I ate and it gives no insight? I’m not sure I see the point. It was funny when it congratulated on adding vegetables to my diet when I logged a bunch of Taco Bell tacos… so there’s that.

You mentioned that you didn't get the insights you sought during the day as you reported your meals to us. It seems we need to be more clear in explaining that the insights we provide are about your habits and those come over time, not after a single day of reports. You also said that you were surprised when you were congratulated on getting vegetables in your diet when you reported 99 soft tacos from Taco Bell. When you report a taco, we record the ingredients, tortilla, cheese, salsa and tomatoes. The 99 tacos worth of tomatoes is what earned the congrats (yes we do know the debate about whether a tomato is a fruit or vegetable.) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Finally, we want to thank you for helping with the edge cases we will encounter. We are working to improve our systems every day. We confess we didn't plan for a report of three dozen donuts, a gallon of chocolate milk and 400 pieces of sushi. We do hope you will come back and give us another try knowing that the insights come over the course of time.

Helpful tool for journaling food

I like getting texts throughout the day from this program reminding me to record what I eat. It’s so easy to just send a quick text saying what I had instead of looking something up in a database or writing detailed ingredients out. I also like looking at the trends once it collects enough information - I didn’t realize I was eating so much dairy! I wouldn’t say this is a diet app but it helps me think twice before eating something unhealthy.

Best way to break bad eating habits!!

I absolutely love this app! As someone who has struggled with bad eating habits for years, this app has really helped me to become more aware of what I'm eating and make better choices. The daily tracking feature is super helpful for keeping me accountable, and I love seeing my progress over time. The reminders to stay on track are also a great touch. Overall, this is a fantastic app that I highly recommend to anyone looking to break bad habits and form good ones related to their diet.

Super easy and helpful tool!

This app is awesome. I've tried a zillion different ways to track what I eat and JaBB is the only one that that is sticking. It's super simple, I don't have to look up anything, just say what I ate. Takes 2 seconds. And if I forget to log my food I can get helpful tips and reminders. Not judgy! Can look back over the month or week and see how I'm doing. Love Amanda!
