Macro coach is great, good tracker not so much
Macro coach is great although calories have hardly been adjusted in the time I’ve been using it week to week
My biggest complaint is the food tracker and how it constantly makes you log back in and errors out more time than not. It’s always saying no response from server and then you try again and it’s the same and then you log out log back in and have multiple entries food tracker definitely need some debugging.

Science Based “Dieting”
MacroCoach has helped me reach goals I didn’t think possible! I am down 20 pounds and increased my metabolism to 2200 calories/day! I am 27 and have tried intermittent fasting, intense workout with carb deficits, and whole30. Nothing has worked but FitDiesel follows the science!
The best lifestyle change I’ve ever made!
Very grateful and a big thank you to this program! I started using fit diesel after my daughter was born. I was having a hard time losing the weight and just felt bad about myself. Now, For the first time as an adult I have a healthy relationship with food. I didn't realize how bad all those trend diets were for your physical and mental health. This app is a game changer!
I've tried Macrofactor, my fitnesspal, and a couple of other apps. Lots of similarities between those apps, but Fit Diesel takes it to another level, and has been a life changer. I'm not a big technology guy, but this app is by far the most user friendly compared to the others. Its simple to use, and it takes the all guess work out of nutrition and dieting. You supply the data, the app does the rest for you, and its. There's tons of explainer videos, so there's never any guessing or any confusion. Tacking calories, macros, and other data used to be a chore and very time consuming. This functionality built into this app turns what used to be a time consuming chore, and makes it something that is quick and easy.
As far as how the app works, its much more geared to the individual than the other apps. It takes into consideration much more data, such as tracking steps and weekly activity, weekly compliance, as well as other external factors to determine your adjusted calories and macros for the next week. I know for females it takes even more information into account as well. The science and math with this app are spot on. Lastly the goal feature is more expanded than the other apps, which allows you to tailor it more specifically to what you want. Its not as simple as gain, lose, or maintain weight. Programs to identify and build your metabolism, and lean muscle build are 2 that the others don't offer that i absolutely love. And they're always working to improve it and make it better. The newly added charts to helps numerous past data points is by far my favorite. Highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to get fit, get healthy, and do it eating the foods they want. Love Fit Diesel, wish i would have known about it years ago!

Just do it for yourself, it works!
I'm so happy I signed up for Fit Diesel's program. I've been on the metabolic build for almost 2 months now and I've never felt better. I'm down just about 15 pounds. I'm 51, peri menopausal, had a thyroidectomy and gained 30 pounds in a little over a year. I didn't think anything was going to work. THIS WORKS! I'm excited to start the weight loss program in a couple of weeks. Thank you again!

Incredible App
Everything about this app and this service are top notch. This is 100% the most cohesive and user friendly app I have used. I have over the years used so many apps for food tracking and weight loss assistance. Fit Diesel is by far the best. The food tracking is simple, accurate, and free! The approach to weight loss is life changing. You aren’t just being told eat these foods you hate and follow my very basic meal plan and exercise routine. Macro Coach TEACHES you how to live your life eating the way that you want and still have the body you want. This concept is so foreign to so many of us it almost feels wrong, but if you will allow yourself to be open minded you will see the results. Not only will you see results, you will love the process of getting them. This isn’t your cookie cutter program. It’s so much more and so much better!

Can’t recommend enough
Love macro coach and the food tracker. Once I took the time to watch tutorial on food tracker I like it so much better than my fitness pal. Being able to create favorite meals, days etc has been so helpful and so much more accurate.
Better than Myfitnesspal
Food tracker is amazing, easy to find foods via bar code scanner or quick search. Can easily create and save meals, plan days or even weeks in advance. Love how it works with macro coach and adjusts macros accordingly.
I’ve been a macro coach user for 2 years now and have gone through pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding all with fit diesels macro coach. It takes into account breastfeeding along with my data to ensure I’m getting the best plan. It’s become second nature to just follow along with macro coach. As long as I’m staying on track with what macro coach says I’m seeing results 💪🏼

Comprehensive and Complete Nutrition App
I’ve been using the Fit Diesel app for close to a year now and cannot believe how much it does for me. The app is extremely comprehensive and everything I need is contained in one app. That’s why I consider it a “complete” app.
Matt has several unique and intuitive approaches that are unique to his coaching. First of all, reverse dieting from the start is absolutely brilliant. He finds your current metabolism and then focuses on increasing it first and foremost. Then he uses MY specific data to help me achieve whatever goals I have from there forward. It’s all science based and all I have to do is continue entering my data - the app does the rest. Weight loss isn’t hard, it’s the extreme processes we’ve all tried in the past and failed to maintain that’s been hard.
The truth is (after being taught correctly by science based data using human models) is that you can eat the foods you love, not rely on supplements of any kind, enjoy life and all the fun family gatherings, give yourself some grace when you over eat, and learn how to have a healthy relationship with food and your overall health.
If you want to learn the truth behind getting healthier and staying healthy I urge you to give the app a try. It’s changed everything for me in the most positive way.
