It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of Neakasa APP. Or you can directly contact customer service Support@neakasa.com, someone will solve the problem for you
Room cleaning does not work!!
Not an overall upgrade
I would like to clarify a little about the new app. I like the way it is arranged and the new way that “Spot Clleaning” works but the new features should not remove the stuff that works so until you fix the above issue, I am going back to the old app because I use the “Room Clening” feature often.

This app still requires a login every time I open the app, not sure maybe this is an apple, iOS 16 thing but it’s very annoying to have to login every single time I open the app. Also, I hate the fact that we lost the ” no mop area” that the old app had, I don’t know why that feature would not be in this app or why they wouldn’t put it back. Neakasa needs to start listening to its consumers and start updating their apps and all the problems along with it the vacuums work good, but the apps and the Support are terrible. Anytime I have emailed support for any kind of help. It’s the same repetitive answer every period. Start listening to your consumers buying your products start fixing your app issues with android and Apple.

Regarding the login problem, you can send your problem to the customer service through the APP, and we will have someone to solve it for you. We have also received your other suggestions, we will seriously consider your suggestions, please be patient.
Bad new app
The new app requires you to login every time you open the app which is driving me crazy. The old app did not. It also doesn’t update the map as quick it’s actually much slower. Doesn’t send me notifications all the time when cleaning finished. Support never has a answers. The only answers ever give are too offer a replacement vacuum and they will talk with the developers on the issues.
I’m going back to the old app.
