1. I bought this to automatically clean the litter and this setting is the hardest to find. It’s easier to get to their shopping website to buy more stuff than finding this BASIC setting.

Flawless connection with M1 litter box
I’m not sure what all the low ratings are about because I’ve had opposite experience. Connects very well with M1 litter box and provides very helpful performance information. So far, it’s been great!
Product features shown in ads missing, does not update with product
We just got our M1 cat litter robot, it says it’s connected to our wifi, however the product will not send any usage or cleaning updates in the app. For example, the app never updates any working records!!!! But it is connected to wifi and the other feature controls work. There is also no customer support for the M1 and it’s not helpful AT ALL. It just sends the same articles over and over again no matter what you send, and none of them pertain to the M1 product we got. Also, The family share QR code doesnt work either it doesnt even take the other user to the app or account. Very disappointed in the performance of this app. The M1 seems to be working fine on it’s own for now. But I hope to see quick updates and improvements with this app as mentioned above so we can control and customize the settings of the M1 from the app as we were hoping to.
I hope they fix why the M1 will not update with any Working Records in the app, so i can see if my cat used the litter and if the machine did a cleaning cycle.

There is also no customer support for the M1 and it’s not helpful AT ALL. App just crashes
The app crashes every single time I try to log in. It’s completely useless and a garbage app.
Doesn't work
Doesn't connect to WiFi, or fails to complete setup. No option to say "I'm connected", just sits on the waiting screen. I have the latest version. The old, unsupported app still connects, but then dots on "loading". Worst "smart device" I've ever tried to setup.

It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of Neakasa APP. Or you can directly contact customer service Support@neakasa.com, someone will solve the problem for you

According to multiple emails & messages in Neatbot app, my account information from Neatbot to Neakasa App would automatically transfer-nope-gave up after numerous attemps. Deleted app and sticking to Neatbot app.
