  • Cat box great app not so much

    The app is constantly dropping the cat box, have not been able to connect since last upgrade. Use to gave the cat box on two phones now can’t even get it on one phone.
  • Does not record usage and cleaning time on the app!

    Love the litter robot itself but the app doesn’t record or track usage frequency and how many times it got cleaned. Plus it doesn’t record if your cat went into the litter robot. It’s so frustrating can someone fix this?
  • Latest release is hard to see

    Not happy with the new colors for the latest app release- not enough contrast with beige on white, the previous blue was easier to see at a glance. Features are fine, gives me the information I need. Love the litter box itself, though- that is 5 stars plus!
  • Mandate to link social account

    App mandates you to link your email so they have access to your contact. 1 star for that. When becomes optional I’ll review again.

    Not sure what all the poor reviews are about but my app for the little box works just fine.

    Device gone right after I add it. Can’t use the App at all
  • App doesn’t work

    Machine works ok. Some issues with it, but minor ones. But the app is garbage. I have to keep reprogramming my machine to the app every time I close out the app or don’t use it for a couple or so hours. Real pain in the you know what.
  • Suggestion

    I think the app works well, but I’d like to have the option to change the setting to the weight from kg to lb and better notifications for when my cat uses the box
  • Won’t allow me to connect to second M1 litter box

    The app worked perfectly for me for the first M1 I bought but I am having countless problems with the second litter robot. Adding it to the app will cause it to automatically “unbound” from the app. I tried everything, using new accounts, accounts based in China, nothing helped.
  • Recent update has bugs and cannot access pets

    This new update has made my account unable to access my pets accounts and when I try to re-add their account I was advised that I could not duplicate my pet’s accounts. In the past, I would add their names to where the litter box was unable to determine which pet used the litter box. I would select “cat” and then select the correct pet for that timeframe. Now, I am unable to access their accounts. Please fix it! Thanks.
