Love Bucket Listers for my city
Love following them and checking their app for things to do. Really easy to book and find tickets my tickets in the app after as well. Great for locals.

Was told the tickets wouldn’t work
I bought tickets for the haunted Christmas house, and when I got there they told me the tickets wouldn’t work and that I was not on there list. Luckily the people there still let me in, but it is very concerning that the tickets did not work.
App needs work
On the landing page the search bar doesn’t work, you click it and nothing happens and the app just refreshes. When I sign up, one of the required fields is a city and when I click the drop down, again nothing happens so I can’t even sign up.

Never use Bucketlisters, they have terrible support
I've had a terrible experience with Bucketlisters. They contacted me with barely more than 48 hours notice saying the haunted cocktail soiree time I had booked had a high demand so they were going to reschedule me and upgrade my ticket. The rescheduling was not a request, they told me it was happening. Then when I reached out to their support to reschedule, we went back and forth with them appearing to have no clue that they'd made the request for me to reschedule, acting like I was requesting it and telling me I needed to pay to upgrade my ticket. Here I am the day of the event, without a rescheduled ticket and no clue if the original ticket I purchased will even work. I will never be purchasing tickets through Bucket Listers again and I hope others can avoid having the same negative experience I went through. If you have an option to purchase tickets through another route, take it
