The app freezes whenever attempting to book a comp stay. Also, I never receive ANY points for hours of table play and thousands of dollars of buy-ins, only slot and machine play. I love the Morongo Casino, but the app is literal dog water.InfamousColin

Can’t create account
Tried creating account. Won’t accept password.
the text field doesn’t indicate whether a character was entered, it stays yellow and page progress doesn’t change. So then I attempted to manually make a password and app says my email is registered. So then I go to the login screen and select “forgot password” and I’ve yet to receive an email.
My wife had similar issues. Deleting the app now that our trip here in SoCal is over.Show lessjbroo7
Problem making reservations
I like the app i can us my room offer to make reservation
But lately i been having some issues every time i try to reserve a room from the app using my offer the app freezes i can’t make any reservationskarakjorda

Children could build a better app!
I have downloaded and installed the app as I would any other app in the past. Except, this app won’t except my information even though it’s all correct. I tried talking to the Rewards Center folks at the casino but they were not able to help.
Every so often I delete the app and reinstall it only to be overly frustrated again.Show less2rich4me
App freezes
This app worked perfectly when I first downloaded it , now when I click on my offers particularly too book a room the App freezes 100% of the time and the app will not load the options for me too book . This has happened ever since updating to IOS 17Misfitdog
Can’t link card
I am a gold card meme we and can not link my card, I’m prompted to contact the desk and when I did they couldn’t help me, they said to just come in and I can check my points, this app is no help to me personallyPoor service x100
