Was good…..

Was good once. Joined the queue and went straight in. Second time round joined the queue and meant nothing. Probably more a management thing then an app thing.

Would suggest having a display screen that syncs with the queue so when you walk in you enter into the queue manually you can see where you are. Then if you join via the app you have your spot locked in and everyone knows what’s going on.

Good in theory but makes zero difference

I’ve twice used this app, booked in, let them know I was on my way, only to arrive and get told that other people had turned up and so the wait time was over an hour. The place is great, but this app only makes me more annoyed with them, not less.

Such a great idea!

Incredible when you want to save time and not sit around waiting for your turn. Notifications sent to you when it’s almost your cut time and so easy to use if you are wanting to bring kids in with you.

So good for kids!

Using the app I am able to check the wait times, book in my kids, and plan around the ETA. With my eldest, I can load a gift card to him account and send him off to our local to get his hair sorted. So good!

Saved me a lot of time !

I used to have to visit the store to determine the size of the queue. Now I can book a place in the queue and arrange my day around it.

Great app, absolute game changer when I am at work and considering what the line could be like. Well worth it!

Estimates are all over the place

Queue estimates change, and barbers are confused about who should go next. At busy sites this app seems to cause more harm than good for customers.

Hi Denver299, Thanks for your feedback and sorry your ETA changed. BarberShopCo Q is a queuing function and not an appointment system and so ETA's are prone to change as clients needs change and the team work through the Q. The idea it to save clients as much time in store as possible & make it easier to access our services. We are working on updates and further internal and external comm's to help improve.

Disappointing App

This was my favourite place to get a haircut. The app said no-one in the que, but 90 mins before closing said I couldn’t join the que due to closing time. I actually drove to barber and only 2 people in shop but somehow 4 on que ahead so no chop today. This DOESNT WORK for me . need to find a new barber, or an app that works.
