  • App does not work

    Just received my treadmill today. I was able connect the treadmill to the app but the app is constantly is freezing. I have to close out of the entire app just to get it work again. I bought this treadmill hoping that could use the app to track my fitness goals. TBH I’m not sure if I am going to keep the equipment as app functionality was important to me.

  • It's awful

  • Cannot connect

    The app will not connect to the treadmill. It warns that I have an “unsupported device”. (I have reset the treadmill, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted my mobile device.)

  • Apple fitness integration needed

    Please integrate with apple fitness app and create a button to turn off the beeping from the machine
  • Doesn’t connect to bike

    The app simply says no device found. I have my bike plugged in and it works, but the app wont find it. The bike connects fine with other apps.

    Having trouble with connecting Blu tooth for the spin bike. Says no device found while searching.

  • Confusing app experience

    Did you guys change the app’s interface? Opened the app and everything looks different. The steps are no longer syncing to the app and there is no way to go back to Home Screen after you start a workout. You must force quite the app to get back to the homescreen. Not sure what you guys are doing. Is the AI thing necessary?

  • Dishearten

    I downloaded the app as soon as I received the treadmill. Everything was well until this week I guess it must have been after thier last update. It will not connect to the treadmill it says “Unknown treadmill”. Please fix this issue.

  • It works and I like it!!!

    I am updating my app rating from 1 star to 4 stars because it works now — they seem to have released a new version. The app works to control my treadmill + tracks my workout. Unfortunately, the ability to see previous workout activities seems to have been removed or hidden in the new version. Hence, 4.5 out of 5 stars. Previously 1 star review: “ App doesn’t sync or stops syncing after 2 minutes into the workout. It also doesn’t save any data so it really is useless. I paid $200 extra to upgrade into the Urevo treadmill that comes with an app. What a total scam!!!! Complete garbage!!!”
