This app instantly cleared away my negative feelings. Just by jotting down my thoughts, I was able to recognize my emotions and thought patterns. It really helps you understand yourself better.
Also I like how it suggests alternative perspectives. I was stuck in this spiral of negative thoughts, but just seeing there were other ways to think about stuff made me feel so much better.
It’s also incredibly simple to use.
Other CBT apps are confusing and I didn’t know where to start. But with this app, you just select your mood and it walks you through writing it out. It helps sort out feelings I didn’t even know I had.
