I was given a free trail for 3 days and just by clicking it, my account was deducted by 30$ for 3 months which doesn’t make any sense to me and completely senseless need my refund and I’m annoyed by the way it’s deducted the amount straight away…!!!! I need my money back!!!!!!Arogya K

It said there was a free trial-so i canceled IMMEDIATELY …but it continues to try and charge me…because of this I can’t pay for storage so I hope my phone doesn’t break and lose all my stuff since it’s not longer updating because I don’t have the money to pay $11 for an app that said it had a free trial…save yourself the headache and use ILOVEpdf website. I signed up for what I thought was a free trial, tried the app, it was clunky & did not work at all, so I immediately cancelled the subscription it automatically signed me up for. As others have said, I downloaded the app due to the 3 day trial and as soon as I downloaded the app, $29.99 was deducted from my bank account. I have put in a request to apple for a refund as this is misleading.Sherriieeee

Do not download! I wanted to see how well the app worked before committing to paying for anything and saw it had a 3 day trial. As I confirmed download, it charged me straight away! $38.96 to be exact. I canceled sub straight away.. not happyTyshchan
