I purchased with 3 days trial and still not worked after purchase, deleted in a timeline on 30 minutes, couldn’t use it because it keeps asking for subscription after purchase. DO NOT BUY THEY DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK.295736

Did the trial, tried the app - it crashed immediately and wouldn’t let me save file in PDF. So went to cancel writhing 30 minutes of downloading. It said “free trial” - they took the money after I had canceled. Very disappointed!MM - Mm

I accepted the 3 day free trial, and as soon as I clicked it, the $15 was taken out of my account.
I tried using the app to convert my files and it crashed each time I tried to use it. I’ve since canceled the subscription. I hope to get my money back as I cancelled it immediately after I saw the money taken outShow lessMelhack98

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Upon downloading it stated a 3 day free trial. Should have know better when it was spelt wrong after accepting to start it (trail). I accepted this and was charged £9.99 straight away. Do not offer a free trail/trial if you are not going to allow people to use that. How many more people are you going to con at £10 per time?? No way of contacting anyone as everything else works on the app except contact us. Convenient!Show lessKez8785
