  • Don’t know why they switched

    Not user friendly, always have problems getting into my account and it switches between the app and internet. The follow my health app was SO much better, so not sure why they were trying to fix something that wasn’t broken. Has only been a pain since I HAD to switch. Not happy with it at all.

  • Benefits search needs upgrade

    Hi Rose,

    My feed back was for the health plan app and not the health care side. I’m not sure what you meant in your reply.

    Thankful for the new app! I like being able to see my ID card and my PCP on file. I do wish it was easier to look at benefits. There isn't a search option and they aren’t in alphabetical order. The benefits look like HTML text and are not easy to interpret.

  • Billing

    I think it is quite inappropriate to be billed in June for services render on 11/1/2023. Then to find out that my secondary insurance was not billed at all. As a senior citizen on state assistance, this has put my finances and credit at severe risk. Upfront and appropriate billing needs to be used as a standard. I am deeply stressed while working on this with the billing department and have yet to have the numerous late last year charges resolved. Had I known about the charges from time of service or in a more timely manner, my budget would have been adjusted accordingly.

  • Great app

    It’s a nice app for managing my health insurance and finding all thing related to my copays and cost shares. I have quick access to the things I need to do on the home page, as well as a view into my costs/balances. Thanks Sharp Health Plan for making it easy!

  • This is the worst portal

    Although I have used this, today it would not let me in without a new password. Then, I wanted to message my doctor, which I have done belore, and couldn’t even find the message icon. I also want to see my records, whic I have also done before, but could not find an icon.

  • The app has no communication features

    The app has no communication figures with my primary. I cannot see any test results in the app. I cannot see any of my medical history in the app.

  • App is the worst! The insurance is great but app stinks.

    This app is not even passable. Bad, inoperable, horrible and rotten.
