Change management is important. So while I got plenty of reminder emails that this switch would be happening, very few helped to show me how to access tried and true important aspect of follow my health—like adding my child’s account, setting up appointments, accessing my medical records.
And only 5 years of medical record were going to be moved? Good thing only 5 years of my life’s medical history matters 🙄Show lessMeredithM

This app is terrible. Once I provide my login info and click submit it crashes EVERYTIME! I can’t get on it at all. Who thought it would be so hard for me to give them money for my son’s insurance.Hdjdjekendhd
