This was so frustrating. I tried numerous times to change address to where gift was to be delivered. Did t work. Could get in or out of app. Had to start over. Also, same with adding new credit card. Not sure this even went through. I wanted to add a note from me so they know who it is from! Keep working on the appNadine Domo
Loved Caden lane, TERRIBLE app
I have bought from Caden Lane several times in the past and I’ve always enjoyed the products I’ve received. HOWEVER, the app is not user-friendly at all. It’s difficult to navigate and additional features that are on the website (like filters) are not an option on the app. I recently placed an order and the app did not select the correct color I selected and my order was incorrect. Here I thought I was doing a service to a company by downloading their app and I was burned in the process instead. The website has several check points that the app does not have. I now will have product I did not even want as customer service said there was nothing they could do. It’s not like this was a spelling mistake. It was a mistake that the app made. Will be deleting the app immediately and unfortunately will not be buying from Caden Lane again.sierra💕🎉
