I paid for subscription but unable to use the app

This morning I subscribed for a week and than I tried it out by creating a label for an item I made, and it worked great. Just went to try some more ideas out this evening and it tells me to sign up and get a subscription again 😯 The app shows up in my subscriptions as paid. So no clue what to do now , I used an Apple gift card to pay for the app to 😬😢 UPDATE; it was corrected. I think I’m going to like this app it’s easy to use and I loved the label that was created.

I love this app! It really is free. There are some in app purchases, but for the most part, most of the features I’ve used so far are free.

Just spent £9.99

£9.99 on five credits for a full five credit essay!

It produced one more paragraph than the free one credit essay

Rip off!

Update: The developer responded to my review stating everyone gets free credits to try the app. That’s great but it still doesn’t change the fact that when the free credits are gone you have to pay for something before you see it. If what is produced isn’t what you were looking for, then you pay again and hopefully it’s acceptable. If it’s still not up to snuff, well you either keep paying or go another route. I’m not saying there’s a better way to charge for this type of service. I’m just saying I don’t think this method is acceptable to me.

You have to pay before it produces anything. Then if what it comes up with is garbage and you want something different you have to pay again.

All AI engines work this way. You input a request then an output comes out. Every output costs money. Those costs happen no matter what the outcome is. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, & Elevenlabs all work like this. The output can be exactly what you want, something close or something off. You never know until you run it. If you don't like how AI works then maybe AI is not something you should be using. AI is not perfect but for those who understand how it works, it's advantages and it's shortcomings, AI is super powerful. Original Response: All users get free credits to try the app before they pay. It’s been like that since Day 1. The app is pay as you go. You get the credits you need and you use them when you need them.

You have one credit to start and one credit is FOUR DOLLARS 😡👎🏻🙄

I literally just got this game and it asked for me to give it my Apple ID. I thought that was kind of sketchy BTW,I also wrote ONE sentence end it said I need to BUY MORE credits. I know I’m TWELVE but I can tell what app is a SCAM.

First off we have a new AI system that was implemented in v6.7. Besides that, if you buy 14 credits then use 14 credits, your total credits will equal 0. But if you rather our unlimited option, go to the chat section at top and subscribe :)

I lost all my credits.

My app got stuck and I was recommended to first close the app and restart it and then uninstall then uninstall install if the problem continued. When I re installed I lost the 150 credits I just bought. And when I sent the email I got not feed back. There should be a help desk for this or something or individual accounts to log in so no data is in regards to credit usage only is lost. ( I am not saying privacy data) just when it comes to spending and keep track of credits purchased. I would still like to resolve this issue.

Issue has been fixed, and was directed to Apple to report a problem and refund was already given. Thank you!

Glad you got a refund for the lost credits! But I would never tell anyone to delete the app because the credits would be reset. The next time this happens, just open and close the app then wait for the next major update. I will work on a solution to maintain credits but you are right, I am trying to respect user privacy as well. Anyway thanks for your support!

Wish I could save up daily credits

I wish there was a way to save up daily earned credits like a bank. For example if you wanted to wait a week and have a week worth of daily credits saved up. People could just not use the app and get free credits which would take away from your company. So maybe you could make like a daily login system. I believe it would help the app preform better and get more attention. Besides that I have no other issues with the app. The Ai is great and is helpful and the other great features. But I do wish there was a daily login reward system or a way to save daily credits to transfer over to the next day.

I LIKE IT

Well, I do enjoy this app but I gave it 4 stars because of an annoyance that’s just frustrating to me. I wish these apps would give you the opportunity to actually explore the app before bombarding you with prompts. Like when they ask you to leave a review at the very beginning! They know that people will just click on whatever they can to get to the point and it’s inaccurate reviews! That’s very annoying to me and its deceiving.

You can try making a prompt as hard as it can be about Geography and run it through ChatGPT, you will get similar results. The goal is not to try and trick AI so it can fail, the goal is to use AI to enhance your life!” I Agree, I always break the barrier and go too hard, but for me, ChatGPT app if just more convenient, it can provide the right information, but I just don’t have the Money to keep going with WriteForMe. At least the app lets you pay when you want, and not a scammy subscription, like most AI Apps which I like, but I think we should start with more generations. Overall, I think this app could be “good” But I don’t think the Credits should be part of the app. it just works without Money.
