I have found this to be a very interesting app. The easiness of picking a topic and allowing it to write for you is great. Very seldom what I ever use a word to word version. However, it’s certainly give me a good starting point.

Scam

I bought more credits to buy the “longest” option after the “longer” option wasn’t long enough. The “longest” option just spewed out different information, but was still the same length as the “longer” option. Emailed the designer, took him forever to get back to me, acted like he had no clue what I was saying, and when I fully clarified that those two options are the same length, he hasn’t responded and I haven’t gotten my money back that I paid for more credits. Deleting this app. What a waste of time and money.

The AI technology cannot guarantee a certain number of returned words. Let's say you asked Write For Me a question like "Give me the best restaurants in Los Angeles" It will probably give you 3 results no matter what length option you select. But if you were to say "Give me the 20 best restaurants in Los Angeles with a description of each" That response will be way longer and if you chose the shortest option, it would get cut off. That's how the app works. It is not a scam, just the limits of current AI technology.

Awesome

I am not much for leaving reviews, but this is is one of my favorite apps . I have been able to save a great deal of time writing emails or outlines for work. As an older person there has been a learning curve but has been worth the energy.

At least we get to try it before

At least we get to try it before we decide if we want any paid plans. Many of the other competitors automatically send you to a payment page and you haven’t even gotten to try one feature yet. Thank you app designers for understanding basic UX design. However, this product is super buggy. It kept crashing on me when I tried some of the features, including the option to contact the app development team. Please fix these bugs and I will give it another try.

Thanks for giving Write For Me a try! I'm not sure if you are aware of this but Apple lets us know how much our app is crashing. So if the app was "super buggy" as you put it, I would have noticed and all these reviews on this page would be 1 stars which all of you would have noticed. The contact us code is super basic and used in all of my apps, trust me when I say, it is working 100%. Feel free to email us in the app with screenshots of this strange behavior you are alluding to with a detailed description of what you did in the app before it crashed. Servers are always busy if you delete app keeps your money.

Always having sever issues even after update. This app takes your money if you buy credits and redownload app keeps your money and no refund do to you can’t create a chat gpt account. So a lot of issues works good when no server issues .
