Videos Constantly Crash
Unable to assess the quality of the videos because they all crash repeatedly when I attempt to play. No isolated to a particular video, have tried to play several.
Great First Iteration
I have been using Bodylastic bands off and on for 10 years. After just2 days in with V1 of the app I am very impressed. Blake and all of the folks behind the scenes have done a great job. I have not found any glitches so far. The Bodylast app will be the core of my strength training for 3 sessions per week to which I will add stationary cycling or road cycling depending on the season.

Body Last app
I downloaded the application to my iPhone and from the first moment it worked perfectly for me. Understanding that it is in a preliminary phase and that they will eventually continue to make improvements
Always Recommend Body Last
I’ve been using Bodylastics bands and their workout platforms for 13 years. I find this app to be very intuitive and easy to navigate. I enjoy the ability to cast to my tv and download workouts, so I can do them even when I don’t have WiFi. It’s nice to have all the strength, cardio, flexibility, and short duration workouts combined together. So you can do a resistance band workout or free weight workout. The app also combines all their programs together.
If you’re new, I recommend try the Restor8 Program to get an understanding of how this company can get you in phenomenal shape. I have personally found it best to trust Blake (CEO) and follow along with his programs. He switches them up every 3 to 4 weeks and pushes you hard. In approximately 40 minutes you get more of a workout than you can push yourself in a gym for 90 minutes. There are other workouts if you want to be your own trainer but every time I try doing this I get bored. Blake is a great rabbit and good luck catching him.

Works great
I have the app on my iPhone and iPad and have not run into any problems. Been using since release.
I would like to request the workout names since there are hundreds of workout series and some sort of tracker or last visited workout so I don’t have to search for the last workout I did the day before.

The best!
So excited to finally have an app that provides so many things with authentic workouts it’s not canned these are real people in real time. I love it so much and it’s specific to just what I need! grateful for this app! 🙂🙏🙏
Terrible app
I have a set of resistance bands from BodyLast and was thrilled to find there was an app that touted “thousands” of free exercises. I downloaded the app, set up my account and started searching. There is a premium service but I don’t need to track exercises and I don’t need to cast to my TV. I couldn’t get a single video to play for more than 10 seconds without crashing and going back to the intro screen. Disappointing. I spent the money on the bands would’ve been nice for free to really mean free for once.

Unfortunate
This may be the first and biggest let down I’ve seen from Bodylastics/Body Last. This app simply is not intuitive. Not sure if series titles on the series lists are locked behind the paywall or something, but the only way to know what the series is is to open it up and look at the title. Seems harmless, right? Well, add in over 200 series per section and ask that question again after trying to find an EMOM centric show… I’ve been using Bodylastics bands alongside these workouts for almost 10 years now, and this is the first time I’ve deeply considered switching to a gym instead. I hope the workouts at least get put back on the site so I can search them easier. At minimum, the series names NEED to have their workout type in the title (i.e. Series 169 - Alt. EMOM).

Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. That is planned for version 2 of the app. We hope for now you can enjoy the 1000s of free workouts you have access to in the app.
App Responsiveness
Downloaded the App on my iPad and unable to use there. Crashed multiple times & not responsive to the Tablet screen.
Response from developer
As stated in the app store the app is only designed and supported for iPhone use. It is not developed or supported on iPad and will not work properly when installed on an iPad. We are planning a a native iPad version in the future but at this time the app is only supported to run on an iPhone.
