Why have they bothered with this, it’s totally useless

This is causing so much stress and worry to my poor old mum! She has contacted support numerous times and has followed their instructions step by step but still shows an error message and to try again later. This has been going on since January! Her pension has been frozen and been completely left out in the cold! Sort it out and fix it! It’s not rocket science!

The same sad story
The same sad story described by practically everyone else. Tried and tried over and over again. Used to get the Error 20 response. I wrote to customer service. After weeks they seemed to sort it out. It seemed to work. However, my pension has stopped and I’ve just had a letter to tell me that it has been suspended due to a failure to provide prueba de vida. So I’ve now gone n the App again, but keep getting error messages. Maddening, maddening!

VIVESS NIE Number
I tried several times to log into the system but could not get through to the next section, however after checking the NIE numbers for Spain I realised that they all start with One letter followed by 7/8 numbers my NIE number had 2 letters at the beginning 0X so I entered the NIE excluding the first letter so entered X……… and it worked no problems try this if you having difficulties

Broken? Unclear confirmation of the verification process.
Used the app and the sequential experience and interface was intuitive, however upon completion of the process I was shown a screen that says the document is ‘signed and sent to INSS’, and, that follow up confirmation will be sent within the application a ‘few hours later’ —this follow up feedback neither arrives confirming in the positive, nor does it arrive in the negative to prompt alternate methods or a repeat of the whole process.
I’m helping my elderly mother complete this task and currently know that we did, as advised, with no hitches / errors weeks ago before a deadline, yet am unable to confirm that this is the case to her or easily understand why not, or to whom we should speak to resolve.
It’s a shame that this app’s design and purpose is really smart, but that the end to end service and user-experience design is not up to spec.

Make sure your phone is quite new?
I tried with an iPhone 8 and in the last period it went wrong, would not load. And with an iPhone 11 it did perfectly fine! It was really really good! I recommend it! It saves loads of time, it’s software and layout is very easy to manage and understand!

Still does not work
So far every version has failed to recognize Australian Drivers Licence and does not consistently work with passport either depending on the shiny surface of the document. Error 20 always appears after successfully taking your photo. This app is a waste of time for the elderly if it does not work correctly.

I have been trying to register my mother on this app since January. It does not work! VIVESS support is non existent.

VIVESS - Reason for not working?
I also had problems with the identification process and looked at a number of possibilities for the APP not working correctly. The problem in the end was that my name did not match the identification document that I presented to the information that had been input to the APP. Contact Social Seguridad or the nearest Spanish Embassy to you so that your correct details from your identification document can be replicated in the VIVESS APP.

This app does not work
This should be an easy thing to do. Great idea and I have done similar registrations with other banks but never have I had so many problems like this app. Tried 6 times using passport which was painful trying to register and when it eventually does register your passport you get error 20. The customer support is woeful
