Does not work on my ipad.
I’ve tried about ten times but cannot get it to work. It acts differently every time, sometimes accessing the camera, but always just taking me back to the app icon on my homepage. I guess they will now be back to work after the Fiestas, so we might see a working version.

Intenté bajar la aplicación, y el primer error, es que sólo viene en el idioma inglés, no tengo la opción de cambiarlo al español. Si esto sucede porque mi dirección física en Estados Unidos, es completamente absurdo. Luego de cumplir con los TODOS los requisitos que exige, para registrarse ( y vaya que lo intente de todas las maneras posibles), me indicaba, que no había podido reconocer la información suministrada. Y no me digan, que ha podido ser un error de mi parte, ya que la información suministrada de parte, es la misma de todos los años, cuando me toca ir al consulado en mi ciudad.

Tried to reboot the video a few times and guess what it worked quickly . So quick in fact my mum was in the screen 2 seconds.
Very quick when it works.
To previous people leaving negative reviews it was only live from beginning January.

Doesn’t recognise Australian documents
Trying to create an account however doesn’t recognise Australian drivers license
Great concept but does not work
Tried the process several times on different days. Goes through all processes OK but finally says there was a technical problem and suggests trying again a few minutes later.

Extracts details from passport or driving licence tried both takes photo and states successful then error! Tried several times without success if you get it working will you be able to upload other documents e.g. HMRC tax resident or will this still have to be posted?

Shame it doesn’t work
As re: other commentators I get through whole registration process, all stages confirm ‘done’ with green tick then at the end I get ‘ERROR’ try again in a few minutes. I’ve tried with passport and driving licence. I have to use the expediente number as my DNI/NIE has no letter after the number. This is so disappointing as it would be so easy to register the Fe de Vida which costs me a fortune every year! Please INSS please sort this out.

Get through all the stages, told the face and doc recognition successful, asked to confirm details correct, then get message saying failed - try again later.

I have tried several times to register myself on the app. Each time I have the app has crashed. It fails at the step where the video I’d is going to happen.
