Really liking this
I’ve been using this app multiple times a week for about 2-3 months and I’m really enjoying it. there’s a good variety of programs to choose from, and I’ve really been liking the mobility and movement type workouts, as well as the strength training stuff. It has given me structure in my workouts, which is what I was really looking for. definitely recommendedIanPjames
