They scammed me $197 for a reservation that was booked in the wrong location and they rendered absolutely no help or assistant to resolve the issue or issues a refund. My bank is on this issue and be aware that they are so fast in responding when you file a dispute with your bank. They are great scammer.... Horrible to get $197 for free!!!

They sent me a confirmation email and when I got to the hotel there was nothing. When I try calling nobody answers. Im chargebacking my credit card.
